First time in St Ives, and found a lovely gem on booking.com. Owners were so accommodating and helpful, and allowed us to check in slightly earlier. Very pleasant modern room, with a very comfortable bed. Usual tea and coffee , bottled water available in the room with the use of TV and WiFi. Dogs allowed at the property for an additional £15 and parking on site for £5 per night. Close to town centre and beach, definitely recommend a stay. Will be back again :)

Excellent place to stay with your pets

Amazing rooms. High level. Everything is clean. We rent room with a dog. Is not first time when rent room with a dog.And we had some dog treats🥰 and bowl for dog food. Never saw this before. The view from room very beautiful 😻 . When we woke up we enjoyed with a cup of tea in front of window and looked at the sea 🌊. Very close to the beach. I really loved this hotel. I am sure I will choose this hotel again again again and again. Thank you for nice holiday and nice service.

I honestly cannot praise this place enough! We stayed here by pure chance after we booked a hotel down the road which was completely inhabitable amongst a lot of other things which we won’t go into. We called the owners and we were checked in within 15 minutes! This place is absolutely incredible. Spacious room. Amazing view. The host is so nice aswell and couldn’t do enough to help us! She was here within fifteen minutes of our distress call and was so welcoming. I would 100% recommend to friends and family and when we come to St Ives in the future this will be where we stay! Perfect location to wander into the town. Thank you again.

Amazing second stay at saltwater. Lovely hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Property is refurbished, very clean and well looked after. Breakfasts delivered to your room each day and lots if extras. Great communication, very responsive. Perfect location close to town and portmeor beach. We stayed in the family room, both times and my mim and dad next door. Park/ green opposite and a shop close by. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

Simon and Tricia were excellent hosts they shared a few spots to visit during our stay at St Ives. The location of saltwater is excellent walking distance from the beach and local shops and cafe. The breakfast was generous & just perfect for us. We shall return again to you, as we have fallen in love with St Ives!! Thank you Simon and Tricia for making our first visit to St Ives even more special!!

Excellent communication to ensure your stay starts off right.Simon and Tricia are wonderful helpful people and shared loads of local knowledge which made our first trip to St Ives excellent. Saltwater is a very well refurbished guest house with very good quality linen and beds and excellent shower facilities. The room service for breakfast ( due to COVID restrictions dining room closed) was first class. Great location and only minutes away from St Ives beaches.
