The energy balance is not being met. The housekeeping staff should not turn on the air conditioning when the room is occupied for more than one night, especially with the window open. The daytime temperature is below 19 degrees Celsius. I would like to understand the logic behind this and what the energy management system is trying to achieve. Otherwise, the breakfast and dinner are very plentiful. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are mostly clean.

Very comfortable stay here, Room could do with a refresh but it was nice and comfortable and quiet. The service desk team were very welcoming.

Such a wonderful stay. The whole hotel team are fantastic and make a real difference. Commendation to Nigel and his amazing team especially Camille at Reception, Jeffrey at breakfast and Pedro in house keeping. Camille has a wonderful smile and is very welcoming and can resolve everything very quickly. Very impressive. Jeffrey makes you at home at breakfast he made me feel like a friend which I really appreciated. Pedro's attention to detail in house keeping spending special time in tucking in bed sheets and ensuring 'Savoy' level style house keeping. My room was immaculate. It was so lovely to speak to Nigel today and it is wonderful to stay at a Hotel so well run with friendly staff. This really makes all the difference. The Leisure Club is delightful and clean and had everything you need. The guys working there are great I noticed them cleaning the poolside together great team work. Plenty of parking and ideally situated. Remember to give your number plate. The breakfast is really enjoyable and tasty in a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and large with a large double bed very comfortable and proper desks for my work on my laptop. I notice Management/Supervisors walking around the hotel checking everywhere which I really appreciate for safety and has the Spirit to Serve mentality. This Hotel is the exact example why I left Marriott Bonvoy and joined IHG. A flagship example. Your whole team should be very proud. Thank you 5 stars. Diamond IHG Member
