Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel whilst visiting surrounding attractions like Kew and Hampton Court. Helpful and welcoming staff and good facilities. Food very good. Only complaint is that it is rather isolated so nowhere to take a troll. Can't fault the hotel or the staff. Thankyou - especially to Julie 😊

Bmwe booked our first night through chessington and then I added an additional night through the hotel. 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms was very well presented, excellent teas and coffees in the room and very comfy beds. The swimming pool was lovely, a jacuzzi, shallow pool and main pool, nice and quiet which a glass window in the celing which was lovely. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of variety, really friendly team and the chef which can cook any extras that aren't on the buffet- for instance porridge, pancakes, poached eggs etc. All the team were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We used the hotel ad a base for chessington and for a day trip into London using the train from the local station. Really well situated for both things and we will be using it in future for our London visits.

Reasonably good place to stay, but worst meal I'd eaten in quite some time.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Shepperton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, quiet, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food and drink options were excellent, with a good selection available and great service in the restaurant and bar. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value for money. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Had a lovely stay at the hotel . Everything was perfect right from at the front desk where Celine was just outstanding and handled all our queries and helped us out The property as a whole was exceptional in the middle of nature

Stayed here for a 2 night family break into London. Great location for easy drive to hotel then quick taxi to station and train to Waterloo. Rooms were well equipped and very clean and tidy. Pool and gym nice too. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming especially Tea who booked us in. We had dinner in the hotel on our first night. Whilst the service, again, was friendly and attentive from our server Ishma and her colleagues, the dinner menu was disappointing. The vegetarian options were extremely limited for one of our party who is vegetarian - there wasn't even a veggie "staple" such as a veg burger or veg lasagne. For that reason I have given an overall 4 out of 5.

This was my second stay here as working in the area. Stayed in a different room to the previous week but this room wasn't finished to the same standard as the initial stay, No coffee machine ( which is a nice touch) and there were marks on the wall where it would seem that furniture had been moved etc. Bed really comfortable though and wi-fi connection was good. It also had a bath and there was plenty of hot water available. Staff really pleasant as usual.

Had an event here and the facilities were exceptional. Large reception area with Helpful friendly staff. A dedicated waiting area for arrival guests with access to an outside section if required. The hall was well planed and with enough seating space that we were not on top of each other. Dance floor provided along with projector for a Presentation. Staff were fabulous.

Although the location is a bit tucked away, the hotel amenities are good and the restaurant food was both tasty and reasonably-priced. The staff were excellent and very kind to us, particularly Tatiana, Bella and Selina.
