Hello, I went to this sauna twice in a row, on Sunday and today, Monday, June 13th. I went on a friend's recommendation and I loved it. Luciano greeted me warmly and in good humor both days. On Sunday, André was at the bar, a super nice and playful guy. On Monday, Chicao was at the bar, a top-notch guy. The place delivered everything it promised. Cleanliness ok, space ok, clientele ok. I'm from São Paulo, so it was my first time. The negative point was the masseurs. The one on Sunday was not at all social, he seemed more like a client than a masseur. Today's masseur, Hugo, was highly recommended. I chose the tantric massage. And it was the worst massage of my life. It stressed me out more than it relaxed me. Terrible, he charged an exorbitant price and delivered nothing. I felt cheated, misled. At the end, I said I hadn't enjoyed it and that it had been the worst massage of my life. He didn't like it. I went straight down to complain to Luciano. I had barely started talking when the masseur Hugo appeared, giving his version of events. He said I was mistaken about the tantric massage and that it wasn't his fault that it didn't meet my expectations. As if I didn't know what a tantric massage was in a gay sauna. It was a massage worse than mediocre. Then he started loudly talking about what a tantric massage was. But since I'm used to both relaxing and tantric massages, I know the difference. Nothing good happened during the massage; it felt like he was doing it out of obligation. There was nothing good about it; it probably lasted 35 minutes. He made no effort to be gentle. It seemed like he was the client, and I was the employee. In the end, they didn't charge me for the massage. But I was trembling with anger; I don't like being cheated. Now, charging 195 and not delivering even the minimum is too much. The staff puts in the most dedication, and then the masseur comes along and delivers a terrible service and thinks he's the best. Unacceptable. Anyway, the sauna is top-notch, the staff are wonderful, but the masseurs were the biggest disappointment. The establishment needs to reconsider its masseurs. My impression was that Hugo treated people according to his preferences. I felt like nothing. You go there to relax and leave frustrated. And to make matters worse, they didn't have Heineken, the beer I like, so I had to drink another one, and in the end even that ran out. I was the last one, so as they were turning everything off, I felt like I was bothering them and left before closing time. Anyway, that's it. Thank you for everything. But I needed to report this so that no one else goes through this.
