It's unbelievable. They think they're doing a customer a favor by letting them in. This establishment has no respect for its customers. I went to enter and there were no lockers. I told them I was expecting one. The person working there not only made me wait 40 minutes, but also gave lockers to seven other people who arrived after me. And, not content with that, they told me I should have been paying attention while I was sitting there waiting. I expressed my dissatisfaction with what had happened, and they simply told me there were no lockers for me. It's completely rude.

To get there, you have to take a taxi or public transport because there's no parking available, nor are there any parking lots nearby. There's enough space to park three motorcycles in front, but the place is extremely narrow, so access is via stairs to a second and third floor. In case of an accident, the evacuation routes are insufficient. There's only one shower with hot water, and if you need a "deep clean," you have to pay an extra fee of $8,000 to use the device that allows it. Furthermore, the customer service is terrible; the staff's treatment of customers is rude and aggressive.

The owners and employees of this establishment make passive-aggressive comments to their customers; they expect people to bow down to them. The last time I went, they treated me terribly.

What a great place. Excellent socialization and safe space.

It's a good place, but it needs a jacuzzi or small pool.

The first time we visited, the people were friendly and respectful, but the management had zero empathy and overcharged us.
