Front staff were professional and helpful as this was my first time there. The business was well outfitted for its purpose and clean.

Just got back from my first experience as a single woman attending on a Saturday night and DAMN. Ladies, let me tell you, if you want to feel like a GODDESS, SHOW UP. The staff was absolutely spectacular. Special thanks to Robyn (sp?) who took the time to give me a tour and checked on me several times throughout the night to make sure I felt safe and respected (as respected as I wanted to feel anyway 😋). I don't know why I thought I was gonna 'keep it low key' 🙄 I've never been low key about anything in my life, but I almost didn't get a private room. I thought I was just gonna hang out here and there and feel it out, so I almost didn't but I did ask at the front desk and they encouraged it, and I'm so happy I did. It's 100% the only way to go as a single woman. I don't even remember how much it was. Like 40 bucks. To have a locked private space to yourself all night?? Priceless. Anyway, I had a blast and maybe even made some friends? Haha who knew. If you are a single woman on the fence about exploring on her own??? I 100% recommend. Only thing I will say is that you have to be very comfortable saying no. As a single woman, you are a beautiful unicorn and literally every person in that club wants a piece. And they will allllll ask. So get ready to break a lot of hearts.....but then also...TAKE YOUR PICK!! Also the staff does a very good job at making sure everyone stays in line, and the regulars were so protective too it was so sweet. You can really see some community there and I like that. Oof. I can't wait to go back 🤤 Thank you Steam1!!

Has really bad experience yesterday with a employee “aanand”. I was chatting with other members and employees, everyone was chill n chatting happily with me. “I even asked for permission from staff”. I was waiting for a friend, then aanand came to the main desk and starting shouting u have to leave ur already dressed u can’t stay here give me ur keys right now. I told him i asked already the staff if i can wait here they were cool about it. I offered to go to sitting area if he don’t like my presence at main desk. He pointed at me and told me while raising his voice gives me your keys now and go outside now i will give you your id their. Then one of my other friends stepped in asked why u being so rude to him. He started arguing with him too. After this thing how the staff behave, Me and all for of my friends wanted to candle our membership or wanted a action to be taken against it. I don’t hold any personal grudge against him, but never saw him being friendly or talking politely to anybody

I recently renewed my membership at Steam1, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. At the end of my visit, a staff member named Anand asked us to leave in a very rude manner. For context, we weren’t breaking any rules—we were simply waiting near the door for a friend, and it was only going to be a few more minutes. Despite explaining this, we were not allowed to wait, and the situation was handled poorly. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for loyal members. Even though I still have six months left on my membership, I’ve decided not to return, and I can’t recommend this place to others based on this experience.

I wish they'd post the fact that there is no way to clean out. Let just say I had no options but to leave. $40 for nothing, i left after an hour, definitely WON'T be back.
