Great hotel to come on business trips!

Quirky and fun place to stay if you need a break from all of the other cookie cutter accommodation in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend!

This is my first time in a boutique hotel was in town from the sunshine coast for business was very impressed with the queens hotel very clean and comfortable had a great stay the staff was so helpfull and friendly would highly recommend the queens hotel

The Queens Hotel is a small boutique place that is clean and quiet with very friendly and helpful staff. I like to stay here when I have to work in New Westminister for these reasons.

What a fun and quirky little hotel! The customer service was amazing…Genesis was so helpful…and our room was great. Super clean, updated bathroom and the decor made the vibe so cool. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for the fourth time in the past couple of weeks. I cannot say enough about how great this place is. The cleanliness is unbelievable and the bed is so comfy. It is so quiet here As for the staff,, they can’t do enough for you. They are so pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming here. You won’t be disappointed. Love it🥰

Nicelittle spit for a night stay. Beds comfortable, they had a fan in the room which was nice, location was okay. Interesting little hotel and reasonable price. Kept clean.

After having multiple delays on my incoming flight, I received a call from the front desk checking if I was making it in as the front desk closes at 12. I advised my situation, and after a couple back and forths, the front desk agent ended up staying late (1 hour), checking me in after hours, then following up to make sure everything was great with my stay. The service was over the top, and much appreciated to this weary traveller. I missed the agents name, but they were fantastic and deserve recognition for for top notch customer service....thanks! The hotel is old and charming, has been renovated throughout with tasteful decor including the rooms. While they are small (or the one I was in anyway), they are well appointed, impeccably clean, have a comfortable bed, and a clean shower with loads of pressure. For the price of the room in the Vancouver area, this place is a gem. Would happily recommend this place to anyone looking.
