When checking in, you could barely understand the gentleman at the front desk. Had to ask several times what did he say. The room was not what we’d expected versus the website. Called for towels and was asked to come down and get them which was very unprofessional. When the towels arrived, they were dirty, did not want to wash with them. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. When you are visiting from out of town and you come to the harbor, I was expecting more. When my fiancée went to go get breakfast, the lady said that they were closed and we had 15 more minutes left before the kitchen was closed. We then checked out and are going to another hotel across the street. Hopefully it will be much better. This is a place where we do not want to lay our heads down and sleep. Last but not least, the beds are very uncomfortable. The hotel needs to be upgraded and they don’t have parking.

Kinda stinky and beat up but it's a budget option. The street noise is pretty hardcore on the lower floors. The staff was polite and very helpful. They moved me and upgraded my room no questions asked when I was having trouble with my A/C. Would be 3/5 if not for the staff.

Don’t stay here, it’s cheap but not worth the savings. I read the other reviews after booking so was prepared for low standards but it was still shockingly bad, the worst I have stayed at. Avoid room 903 at all costs. The window in the bedroom is broken and we could hear every little noise in the street outside all night. Dirt bikes driven in this area all night are a problem, and the sirens chasing them. Lots of fights and arguments in the street below. We let reception know but they said nothing and didn’t come to check it out. We stayed 3 nights and did not have room service at all, we had to beg at the reception for towels every day, the ones we originally had were badly stained. When we asked for fresh ones the guy on reception begrudgingly gave us two. When I asked for more he said to come back in the morning and he would give me another. The smell throughout the hotel is awful, so bad you had to hold your breath going through the lobby. The hallways stunk of weed which drifted into your room when you opened the door. Rooms were mismatched poorly functioning furniture, peeling paint and the bath didn’t drain so it was always disgusting. I had brought some cleaning supplies but didn’t expect to be cleaning baths each day of our trip and using wet towels when I had a shower. Carpets throughout the hotel had dirt sitting on them for days, the elevator was always dirty and only one works. There is for sure no effort going into cleaning and maintenance

🤢 the absolute worst hotel I've ever been to. Nit only were the shower and beds dirty with hair everywhere .. I came here with 4 kids paid $208 for a room with no service on our TV .and was told there's nothing they can do ., wasn't even given a fitted sheet for the pull out couch which is older than y grandmother and verry uncomfortable DONIt Stay Here ewwwweeewee

Dirty. Smells like pee throughout the hotel. Missing sheets. Burn marks in the bathroom. Avoid this place

We stayed here for four nights. We wanted somewhere affordable and in Downtown Baltimore, and we got what we paid for. The hotel is fine, but be aware that it's not great and the photos are a little deceptive. The staff was nice, and check-in was very smooth. However, the lobby had an odd smell that bothered me because I have a sensitive nose. We had a suite with a sofa bed. It was fairly spacious given the price. But the towels had brown stains. The mattress of the sofa bed also had stains. There was also no bed linen, so I had to ask the front desk. They only gave me a fitted sheet. Everything else was clean, except the bathtub. One of the elevators was not working most of the time, and when it was, some guests warned me that it was getting stuck. Overall, for the price, this place wasn't as bad as most reviews make it seem. But it's better suited for a short stay and for those who don't mind a bit rougher accommodation that could do with a refurbishment. Not suitable for families.

Its just a place 2 stay if one can't find other last minute places. I had no choice and paid $50 extra to check in at 9 instead of 3. Thankfully they accommodated me. Its very close to the water. As an adult it has more of a hostel feel than a hotel/ motel. Just needs some updating

My husband and I are experiencing poor service. First of all when we arrived the air wasn't working in room 501, then we were switched to 502 and the refrigerator didn't work. The man at the front desk said it was working this morning. I dont think they are checking the rooms see if everything is working properly. If we didn't report this problem I fell that Comfort Inn would have tried to charge me for a damaged refrigerator.

Fantastic stay! Was in a suite was such a fantastic view and the staff was incredible! Breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and very cozy! I will return. Everything was in walking distance! Mohamed Farrag was so pleasant and welcoming!
