I wanted to share my experience staying at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend, as it will be my first and last time visiting. I encountered several issues during my stay: 1. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, and even my personal hotspot would not work. 2. The staff was not friendly and did not make me feel welcome. 3. My room on the second floor lacked a fridge and microwave. Additionally, the second-floor ice and microwave room was locked, requiring me to go to the third floor to use these amenities. 4. During checkout, only one elevator was operational. This caused significant delays, yet there were no announcements or apologies from the hotel staff regarding the situation. I would strongly recommend that you do not stay here.

I went with the family for a conference that we were all going to attend over the weekend. I already knew when we booked that they do not have parking, but when we arrived, there is nowhere to park on the street near the entrance so we can unload our luggage. There were signs for valet outside but no one out front to let us know if we can double-park to unload or not. They did not have a hotel porter so we had to unload all our stuff onto the carry cart ourselves and bring it up to the room ourselves. The rooms are not very large, with 2 queen size beds in the room, the space felt small. There was a table, a very small fridge, a TV, and a chair, but no sofa or extra sitting place, and no extra drawers to be able to use. The beds were comfy, but too high and you have to literally climb up to get into them. The bathroom was not good at all. Upon entering, the toilet seat was broken and we told someone right away but nothing was done. The towel hooks were missing, which was also mentioned to front desk and maintenance when they came to check, but again, nothing was done. The toilet paper holders were loose in the wall, and when you were reaching for toilet paper the roll fell on the floor a few times because the holder would tilt down. The shower tub spout was loose, when I went to take a shower after turning on the water and using the pull tab to make the water come from the shower head, the whole piece was loose and moving around. When turning off the shower head, pushing the tab down caused the entire spout to come out from the wall. It was clearly attached to the wall with just caulking and not properly secured in place. After 2 nights, maintenance came to our room to let us know that there was a leak in the bathroom downstairs from our bathroom and we had to change rooms. They went to check for availability and after a while we got new key cards to a different room. I had to go get the cart to load our things onto and move to the other room; there was no hotel porter to help with this. After we move all our things and get to the new room we were told is available, we enter and while the room was empty there were someone’s belongings in the room (a book bag, another duffel bag, and some medicines on the table). I went to call front desk and the phone in the room was not working, so I had to use my cellphone and dial the hotel to reach front desk and let them know we were given a room which was currently being occupied. Someone from front desk came up and checked and were shocked to see that the room was being occupied and not available. They then got us another room and we made them double check and make sure no one is staying in that room. This whole time, we were unloading and loading our own things due to the lack of hotel porter, and it definitely drained us for the day, even though we still had some events left in the conference we were supposed to go to. This whole ordeal wasted about 3 hours of our trip and was not a pleasant experience. For checkout, they did not even give a big courtesy for late check out, only 30 minutes extra and again due to lack of porter we had to load all our own things onto the carrying cart, and bring it down ourselves.

After just one day, I asked for a two-day room extension, but the extension was ignored, and upon my return that evening, I found the room empty and my belongings removed. After more than an hour, I managed to retrieve my suitcase but not the shirt I had left in the closet. I was told to return the next morning, which I did, but my shirt was nowhere to be found; it had vanished into thin air, undoubtedly stolen. I asked for a refund but was denied, as if it were ultimately my fault that the shirt was missing. If this is how guests are treated, my advice is to stay away from this hotel to avoid these unpleasant surprises.

Room was clean and spacious but the shower head was kind of broken where the pressure was one pressure that was NOT good. There was little to no hot water in the room i stayed. Friends stayed on another floor and didnt have the same experience

Great place to stay. The staff is great and the place is clean. It's very close to everything in the area. Valet parking is available and there's multiple parking garages within walking distance.

Nice place in easy walking distance from some restaurants, Camden Yards, and the Inner Harbor. My wife was suffering from a cold and the room managed to be the one place we stayed on vacation where the temperature and ventilation didn't aggravate her symptoms, so that's as good a review as I think I can give to the room itself!

The weekend I was here, there was no continental breakfast. A few of the places around here for breakfast were also closed saturday morning. If breakfast being served is important to you, look elsewhere.
