Messy room, plastic cups, broken TV, and a practically inaccessible pool. Avoid at all costs…

I was recently at the pool of Coda Williamsburg, watching the World Cup, and it was most certainly a vibe! Coda's pool is an oasis, conveniently in Williamsburg! The drinks, the food & the music definitely made me feel like I was on vacation. Major shout out to my bartender & server Allison, who took amazing care of me! I will most certainly be back this summer with friends! If you're in need of an escape for a few hours, without having to worry about airfare, I highly recommend!
This hotel was perfect for our stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The front desk was extremely helpful and flexible. Kent and Giofranco were more than accommodating for all that we wanted to do. We will definitely be staying there again.
Service is just not it.. the frozen marg is pre made but somehow takes 30 mins to get served?? The servers are more interested in taking shots w the men instead of doing their job? Drinks take more than 30 mins to get served to you. Not worth the 130$. Will not be returning. If you’re into the slowest service this is your spot! Also don’t book the day beds in the afternoon, there’s no sun on the side the days beds are.
This is regarding the pool. Three summers ago, I regretfully told everyone I know, how great the concept of CODA pool was. Especially living nearby and in lieu of going to the beach. I didn't mind spending $100 (if I am not mistaken it was even then that in the beginning) for a single day bed (pool side) or less than $100 for a day pass, for four hours. I thought the price was expensive given what your getting but it was fair in consideration of competing pools in the neighborhood. Well... CODA went and lost their mind this summer with the price increases. Last summer I had an attitude about the increase but still went. This year their now charging you anywhere from $115-$155 ( with tax & fees upwards of $175) for a SINGLE DAY BED. For all options the price increases as the day gets closer and depending if you want pool side or not. This is not Ibiza or South of France. Its not even a roof top pool, so you're in a ground level enclosed space between two big buildings with people in their apartments looking down at you from their rooms. The food is very mid, drinks are ok (also pricey) and when I ordered a pricey ice coffee it came in a can... Those are all my cons. The pro's is convenience if you live near by and they have friendly staff. Additionally you can now select which bed you want ahead of time. If you book through CODA's website, this is a welcome addition. However if thats a reason the price went up, we could do without it CODA. For a four star hotel your prices should not be in the same bracket as a five star hotel with rooftop pools. Its disappointing that something that use to be an affordable day-cation for your neighbors is now something that isn't as accessible or justifiable...given the cost... for four hours. The selling point previously was great value now not so much.
