Coda Williamsburg

The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We received great service from Niyokei, Ryan, and Isaac. There was a slight issue with my booking, and Niyokei immediately stepped in to resolve it. She was incredibly accommodating, always had a smile on her face, and was genuinely helpful throughout. Her professionalism and positive attitude made all the difference. I highly recommend Coda and look forward to returning for the summer season in Brooklyn!

Got a pass on resortpass for the pool which came with a lounge chair and "poolside service." From arrival the entire visit was very disorganized, the workers were openly bickering with each other, and had no problem venting that to the customers. The physical plant was nice, half of the lounge chairs are in the shade though because of how the buildings are situated. We were on the sunny side and it was pretty nice, pool was a decent size for NYC. The service unfortunately was abysmal, it took an inordinate amount of time to both order a drink and then actually receive them. We also tried ordering food and after waiting for a very long time we were told our choice was no longer available, we left shortly after. While the staff were kind to us, I can't say I would come back. It was so extremely disorganized that it made it hard to enjoy the day.

I made a reservation through ResortPass. Overall, it was overpriced and too crowded. The service wasn’t the best due to the over crowding. In my opinion, I wouldn’t bother coming here for the pool. Come for the location, great spots such as a park and restaurants. On the positive side, the location was excellent. There’s a park nearby and plenty of food options around. If you want good barbecue, check out Maple’s Smokehouse

An unforgettable weekend getaway! The hotel is perfect for a couples' vacation. Our room was clean and tidy, the pool area was spotless and organized, and the drinks were absolutely amazing. ​The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the waiters provided excellent service. We want to give a special shout-out to the manager, who did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back!

My stay was great and the staff was really excellent. Had to change rooms and they just made it so easy. Want to thank Felix who was the most professional and sweet person! I also loved the fact that the rooms are so quiet and the location is a 10/10. Swimming pool is also very clean and nice and big enough.

We had a great time at the Coda! We came for my friend’s birthday! We had an amazing time! Kent was super helpful and provided great service. The pool was so beautiful and relaxing! Would highly recommend!

Today I returned to Coda, and wow — it’s even more amazing than ever! The pool area is immaculate, clean, and chic. They’ve added beautiful new VIP beds and lounge areas, and the entire property looks absolutely gorgeous. The staff is excellent, the food and drinks are delicious, and the vibes are unmatched. The music is amazing too, making it the perfect spot for a girls’ pool day. It’s truly a hidden gem in the neighborhood! A special thank you to Alberto, the hotel manager, who provides exceptional customer service and made sure my experience at Coda Pool was nothing short of perfection. Also, thank you to Nedo, the pool manager, and Cindy, the most attentive, bubbly, and detail-oriented waitress. Their hospitality made the day even more memorable. I can’t wait to come back! ☀️🏖️🍹✨

Had a great stay at Coda Williamsburg. The location is hard to beat, with easy access to everything Williamsburg has to offer—restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and great spots to walk around and explore. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and offered a great value for the price. Considering the location and overall experience, it felt like a fantastic deal. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Brooklyn.

this is my favorite pool in New York City. The energy, vibes, people, and location is perfect. The menu is good also. Love their food. I will try to come here as much as often. Thank you for the best service.

Male was my waitress and honestly she was such a great vibe! Very attentive and gave the best recommendations on food and drinks will be back! Trinity was also such a sweet heart ! Overall great experience

Came for the beach club pool. Food was good, the pool is a good size you can actually swim in and not crowded at all. Abby the bartender was awesome. Will be back
