Walked in with some questions about covers & to get a quote. Salesperson was very helpful & showed me some options. Provided a quote & saved it for when we are ready to replace our current cover. Great service.
We had a great experience from start to finish with The Spa and Sauna Company. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were impressed by how clean, well-organized, and welcoming everything felt. It really helped to see the different models operating in person and get a sense of what would work best for our space. Grant McLaughlin, our sales consultant at the Carson City store on South Carson Street, was outstanding—he is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with all of our questions and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit rather than just making a sale. He walked us through the features, maintenance, and options in a way that made everything easy to understand. The delivery process was just as smooth. The team was professional, on time, and handled everything with care. They made sure the installation was done properly and took the time to explain setup and basic maintenance before leaving. The Spa and Sauna Company also recommended an experienced and excellent electrician to install the power connection, which made the entire process even easier and gave us confidence that everything was completed safely and correctly. What really stood out, though, was the follow-up after the sale. Grant’s knowledge and support have been superb—consistently responsive, helpful, and proactive in making sure everything is running perfectly including our spa water quality. Any questions we’ve had were answered quickly and thoroughly by Grant, which has made owning and maintaining the hot tub stress-free. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable experience. Great customer service, a functional showroom, a reliable delivery team, trusted recommendations, and Grant’s exceptional post-sale support—we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

We bought a spa from the Carson City location and in the midst of being super confused, Grant got a hold of us and walked us through step by step. This type of service is very rare these days and will absolutely refer people to this store based only on Grants service. Very happy with the Grants service!
I’ve pretty much had non stop issues with my hot tub since purchasing. This was the first big purchase I’ve made as an adult so it’s been disheartening. I call and call, when they say they’ll send someone out they’ll text me saying “it’s a water level issue”, but when I ask how they know since nobody every comes to see it they just send me a bill… I have very mean dogs, I would know if someone came into my yard when I wasn’t home, I also have security cameras so I know nobody has ever came by to check what’s wrong. I finally went through another company. They pulled my panel, fixed a leaking pipe and unclogged a bad bclog. It cost me $100, took 10 minutes. I’ve been going back and forth with Soa and sauna (the place I paid 10k for the hot tub) and have never had them come out to fix the problem even tho I have asked and schedule many many times. I’d advise spending your hard earned money at a place that takes pride in their products and follows through with services. I’m so disappointed. -10/10👎🏽
