I have been a customer for 20 years. Just got a new spa and wanted to thank Bob for sales, Anthony for great delivery, Michele for taking care of a problem and Danny for fixing my new spa concern. I have been a customer of The Spa and Sauna Co. for many years. When I purchase for my hot tub the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years, I have especially appreciated Bob and his customer service. He answers my questions and really knows his stuff. In fact, I purchased my first hot tub from him at the Sparks store in 2017. Over the years he still remembers my wife and I, as our interactions with him have always been great. Grant is the man! Very knowledgeable, passionate about the product, and most importantly, you can tell that he genuinly cares. Being in sales myself, most people think the sale ends once a credit card is given, but that is truly where the sale begins. Grant treated it as such, and came out to my house to walk me through how to get the tub setup to use. He was responsive throughout the entire process, and will continue to be there when I have a question. He's an invaluable part of the team!!! A+++

I had my hot tub serviced by this business. I specifically asked for the motor and plumbing area to be vaccumed out. It was not vacuumed. When I came home three days after the service, the hot tub power was turned off at the breaker, the filter was sitting on the ground and the lid was partially-closed, so dust and lint had gotten into the tub water. Needless to say, I was not satisfied with their service.

I talked to Bob yesterday seeking advice and options for the best way to keep a chlorine residual in our hot tub. As with past questions he gave me sound advice and options. I really appreciate the time he took to help me. We’ve had our hot tub a little over a year, and have received advice several times. The help we’ve received has been great.
