We only stayed one night however we had a lovely sleep. Service was excellent !
The office is closed. Instructed to call a number to check in.
Decent motel for the cost. There’s a live in manager who was efficient and friendly. My room was clean. The furniture is older and needs repair, but even it was clean. My only real issue were the mattresses in my room were hard as granite. I did not sleep well because I’m used to a much softer one.
Terrible experience. The room was filthy, with so much dust and grime (and glitter) on the floor that it wasn’t an option to walk around inside without shoes. There were stains on the towels, ceiling, and walls, with enough chips and cracks in the latter to cause serious concern. The pillows appeared to have become one large stain themselves. The room was so terrible that I checked out early, wherein the manager proceeded and continues to find every available excuse to hold onto my money and attempt to charge me more. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
There is a lady living in the upstairs rooms that is very very unpleasant. She claims to also manage the place. People obviously come here pretty often for raves. It's also a shitty run down motel. She made weird commentary at my group of all female friends three times about our outfits saying there was kids and we needed to cover up. Excuse me? We are grown women and if you are keeping a child at a shitty motel you should expect this exact type of activity. Nobody wants to pay to be talked to horribly by a women managing the questionably cleaned motel in questionable part of eugene. As long as i'm not nude i can wear whatever I want in public even if you don't like it. Don't pay to stay here. Stay literally any other shitty motel. It'll be nicer. Also kept badgering about group capacity when half the group was leaving that night. Made our entire group angry.
I booked 3 rooms at this hotel and paid in full. One month later the hotel cancelled the reservations and are unable to accommodate my party. This leaves a band stranded for the night on tour. Completely infuriating.
