Laguna Beach House

Very lovely rooms and property, what really sets this place apart is the super friendly and helpful staff, warm smiles and cookies, Marietta was kind, easy going, while obviously working her tail off!! Five minute walk to the beach, complimentary chairs beach towels and umbrella ☂️ I absolutely recommend staying here!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Easy walk to the coast. Nice pool. Rooms are big (toilet is LOW). The staff is kind and helpful. Coffee and tea in the morning, wine at 5, cookies in the evening!! Wow!!

Loved staying at the Laguna Beach House! It was close to the beach, shopping, dining and coffee shops! I would go back. Can't beat the location! Clean, and friendly.

Laguna Beach House is a wonderful boutique property right on PCH that I frequently mention to clients who want to get a feel for Laguna Beach before committing to a property search here. The laid-back coastal design, the proximity to the beach, and the relaxed but polished atmosphere make it an ideal spot to meet buyers who are exploring the village lifestyle. I've had productive early-evening conversations here that helped clients crystallize why Laguna commands what it does in the market. The staff are friendly and the setting feels authentically Laguna rather than generic resort — which is exactly what you want when you're trying to help someone fall in love with a neighborhood. A genuine asset to the Laguna hospitality scene.

I stayed here in January for a work trip, and while the stay itself was fine, the post-stay billing experience and customer service have been incredibly frustrating. It has been three months, and I am still waiting for a "temporary hold" of over $100 to be released back to my account. I left the room in perfect condition and did not use the minibar, yet the funds remain withdrawn. The most disappointing part is the lack of communication: • No Email Access: There is no contact email listed on their website. • Booking Support Issues: The email provided by their booking partner (Perk) was non-functional. • Delayed Response: I eventually had to reach out via Instagram. While I did receive a reply after a few days and provided all the requested documentation, the promised "customer service" follow-up never happened. It is now April, and the issue remains unresolved. I’m disappointed that a professional stay has resulted in having to chase down my own money for months. I would recommend future guests keep a very close eye on their statements and be prepared for a difficult time if you need to reach anyone at the front office after you check out.

Amazing boutique hotel. Friendly staff, conveniently located (we were able to walk everywhere), Thai massage right next door, nice pool and jacuzzi area. 10/10 stay. Will be back for sure.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy, Internet was speedy. Great location. Easy walk to Main Beach. Water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger but other than that, everything was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice, cozy hotel! The rooms are clean, and there are several restaurants and the beach nearby. Perfect for 3 nights.

We loved our visit to Laguna Beach House. We were welcomed and greeted with friendliness and warmth. What a personable, caring staff!!! We were offered wine, water and cookies, and assistance with luggage. Our room was comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. We slept so well! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit as well as exploring Heisler Park, the town of Laguna Beach and so many restaurants and shops, all within walking distance to charming, inviting Laguna Beach House. We will return!

This hotel is beautiful has a great Location, and I enjoyed my stay overall. There were issues with my rooms and cancellations without communicating with me first. I booked the rooms in early January, two rooms with balconies, and in late February, I received an email that my rooms were canceled. I called immediately to find out why and they said my card was expired or something that I made the initial payment on. So instead of calling to ask for a different card or letting me know that it would be canceled if I didn’t provide a different card they just canceled the reservation. When I called, they said that they’ll try to book rooms if they’re available. This was just minutes after I received cancellation notice. The gentleman I spoke with said that he rebooked the rooms exactly as I originally booked them. Overall, I thought the phone communication process for this and other questions I had was very helpful and prompt. I also asked if we could do a late check out the gentleman on the phone said when I check in, just let him know and we can have a late checkout. This late check out was prudent to our travel plans, Departure to the airport and flight time, etc.. Upon checking in with the woman with long grey hair, I was given two different rooms one that I had originally booked and then one that I did not book. We were supposed to have two rooms with a balcony, one with a king and one with two beds. She pretty much said well that’s too bad and we’re overbooked, Even though I explained that the mistake was not mine. She was cold, rude, and dismissive. She also said that I was not able to request a late check out while checking in that I had to wait until the morning of the day that I checked out. So because we didn’t know if we could have a late checkout, we changed our travel plans home, we changed our flight and made sure we could leave at 11. Our other traveling party was flying separately and when we saw there was a new employee working, we asked her if we could have a late check out the day before we were set to depart, and she said, of course, and added it in. The other woman working was very friendly accommodating and had a warm personality. I did not feel welcome at all on the day we checked in. It is such a cute hotel, A great location and I loved everything else about it. I only wish that my reservation wasn’t canceled without notice, wasn’t rebooked incorrectly, and that the guest services weren’t so unfriendly when I checked in. It would have been perfect. I would still come back but would be diligent in overseeing my accommodations were correct.
