Really good spot. Clean rooms. Right by the highway. Close to alot. No pool though 😑Most important thing though , Devon at the front desk, she is an amazing woman with a personality to match and extremely helpful. 😊 she took care of a double charge issue before I could settle into the room. I definitely owe her one for taking care of that.

My son and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Preston. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the entire staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. A special thank you to CJ, who went above and beyond to ensure breakfast was well stocked and that guests had everything they needed. His professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made our morning even better. I would also like to recognize Jeff for his kindness and outstanding customer service. He greeted us with a smile, was polite and respectful, and even cleared our plates once we finished eating. Those small acts of hospitality go a long way and did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, peaceful, and smelled wonderful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and breakfast this morning was absolutely phenomenal. On a personal note, it was pretty special staying at Hotel Preston because my son's name is Preston, which made the experience even more memorable for us. Even with the ongoing renovations and transition to the Hotel Preston brand, it is easy to see the vision and potential this property has. The staff’s dedication, professionalism, and hospitality shine through every aspect of the guest experience. With its excellent location and convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, this hotel is perfectly positioned for both tourists and locals alike. The improvements being made are exciting, and I truly believe Hotel Preston is on its way to becoming one of the premier places to stay in the area. From the front desk staff to the breakfast team, everyone treated us with genuine care and hospitality. We truly appreciate the service we received and highly recommend Hotel Preston to anyone visiting the area. Thank you all for making our stay a five star experience. We will definitely be back.

IHG website and front desk stated free breakfast , but there is no free breakfast. CJ took care of breakfast for me when I told him the situation. He understood I was upset and he provided help. My name is Troy Steen and I travel for my jobs and I use IHG constantly.

Fair warning, they are under construction, updating rooms and amenities. However, the staff is very friendly, conscientious and caring. The rooms were dated but clean. Everything you need for a stay. I recommend it highly. The staff makes the hotel. The mattress was comfortable and clean. Also shower water pressure gets 5 stars. There's no pathetic trickle at this hotel.
