Very nice stay. Workers were helpful, did take a minute to come to the desk. Room smelled nice and was clean. A/C in the room was blowing cold, but very comfortable. But overall it’s a good place to stay, No noise at night with people in the hallway. Plenty of places to shop and eat close by. Once you finish shopping and eating, it is good to have a place to really get some rest. I love the southern hospitality. There was a tour bus that pulled in covered with bugs. The hotel allowed the driver to wash the bus behind the building. The next morning that bus was show room clean. If you get there and your car breaks down, there is a Hyundai dealership 100 yards down the street. Just watch your speed on Eastern Blvd, MPD will snatch you up. The price for a two day stay, was very affordable.

Room had an ungodly odor!! Sheets were discolored.

The staff was extremely nice. The room was clean and not very noisy. Location was close to exactly what I needed. My only complaint is that the water for the shower never got hot. We turned it on and let it run for over 30 mins. The sink water got extremely hot almost immediately. Breakfast was great. Internet was fast.

The sleep inn staff was phenomenal at this location especially the front desk clerks and Ms.Cheryl ❤️ The room was beautiful and the entire building smelled and was fresh and clean. Modern and updated. Had the best night sleep uninterrupted by other guest 😴

The hallway carpets need cleaning or changing. The rooms are okay but there was a smell throughout the whole building like insecticide. It ruined the stay but it was too late for us to go somewhere else. We decided just to deal with it.

Booked A King Suite With A Whirlpool Tub. After An Exhausting 10 Hour Day In A Vehicle, Was REALLY Looking Forward To A Long Hot Bath. Unfortunately The Tub Wouldn't Hold Water, So We Were Unable To Use It. Called Front Desk, Was Advised That Was The ONLY Whirlpool Room Available, But We'd Be Compensated Upon Check-Out. The Next Morning We Got Up, Packed The Truck & Went To Check-Out. The Lady At The Front Desk Was Actually Asleep & It Took Me A Minute Or So To Wake Her Up, Then She Put Her Cell Phone Down. I Explained The Situation With The Whirlpool Tub In Our Room & That We Were Told We Be Compensated Upon Check-Out. She Printed Out Our Receipt, Took Our Phone #, Said She Isn't A Manager, But Would Notate Everything & Have The Manager Call Us. It's Been 3 Days & Still No Call. I've Called The Hotel Twice & Each Time I've Been Told The Manager Isn't In. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Very nice staff rooms are in great shape

For the price it was worth money but as usual the breakfast that these places are pretty dismal.

The television was so outdated that you couldn't see the whole show because it wasn't able to display widescreen. The bathroom was old and there was black mold above the shower enclosure.

Front desk staff - excellent! - friendly and efficient. Convenient, quiet location and a good value. Nice breakfast too.

Horrible experience, elevators did not work two days in a row and on a 3rd floor. Ladybug infestation in the room. But to top it off I got yelled at and mistreated by the MANAGER, this old lady needs another job far far away from customers. Just terrible 😔
