I’m here for a wedding and sadly my experience has been very poor. The shower and the toilet have very low pressure. The AC is very loud And the walls are super thin. I can hear everything happening in the next-door room and sadly I am right in front of the elevator so I can Hear all the traffic. I would like to move my room, but it’s completely impossible to get to somebody when I call for the lobby. I am currently staying here and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I really expected this place to be a very nice because it’s not cheap and fairly expensive. Very disappointed

Overall the front desk was very helpful. Check in / out experience is pretty good. However the WiFi was very unstable and 5G signal is weak here as well. Elevators can be malfunctioning from time to time. The hotel needs some renovations for sure.

Poor room house keeping. Called for house keeping at a later time and they never showed up. Telephone was answered only after several calls

As a bride getting married tomorrow, the front desk could not be more stressful. We decided to use this hotel as our getting-ready hotel and the primary hotel for our wedding guests to stay at, though our wedding is in Geneva. We booked 2 sets of 3 connecting rooms including an executive suite, junior king suite, and double queen room to make our respective bridesmaids and groomsmen getting ready suites. However, the bride's set of connecting suites had a ton of green mold on the connecting doors, had a strange odor in the junior suite, and the optics for her rooms, which would become the bridesmaids' getting-ready suites, were worse than the groom's. The getting ready photos are extremely important to the bride. This is something that a hotel should understand for weddings. We specifically talked to the front desk about these issues at check-in and the appropriate arrangements should have been made before everyone settled into their rooms. We were told housekeeping had already left by 3pm (friday), however they did send someone to clean the mold eventually. I remember talking to the front desk before we decided on this hotel and they were extremely difficult to work with at that time as well.

It's about a 2.5 rooms are not bad it just has a different feel not my type of hotel

The staff was great during my stay the week of April 13th. The ladies on the kitchen staff were amazing. Patrica and the other young lady (I cannot remember her name) were amazing.

Superb service, cannot say enough good things about the hotel. Excellent support for the Little Wars convention.
