I expected the beds to be made up everyday even if the linens are not changed.
My husband and I were in Hampton, Virginia for a conference and stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton near the coliseum. During our weeklong stay, we experienced the utmost hospitality and customer service from everyone who worked at the hotel. Housekeeping did an extraordinary job keeping our room prepared each day during our stay. We want to especially thank Ms. Teresa and Ms Jasha in the housekeeping department. They were superb. Embassy Suites near the Coliseum is the place to stay when you visit Hampton, Virginia. We look forward to our next visit and stay!
My underwear was taken and it was not on floor. They also took my roommate's medication which was in a cup on the counter in the kitchenette. We were very shocked. The last day they emptied the trash cans but never made the beds. I am very disappointed. The floor was never cleaned. There is a balloon that was on the floor when we came and it is still there. They need to do a better job of cleaning.
The front desk staff were very helpful and the staff that worked the breakfast area made my mornings start off great.
