Hampton Roads Pride

Hampton Roads Pride is the nonprofit behind the region's Pride celebrations, producing the annual Hampton Roads PrideFest at Town Point Park on the downtown Norfolk waterfront each June, together with the signature Elizabeth River boat parade and year-round community programming. With roots in Pride gatherings dating to 1988 and formal incorporation in 1997, it is the anchor of LGBTQ+ visibility across Norfolk, Virginia Beach and the surrounding cities.
