Hampton Roads Pride

Hampton Roads Pride is the volunteer-driven nonprofit that organizes Pride for Norfolk, Virginia Beach and the surrounding cities. Its main event is PrideFest, held each June at Town Point Park on the downtown Norfolk waterfront, with a boat parade on the Elizabeth River as its signature feature. Smaller events and community programs run through the rest of the year. There is no public office to visit. Dates, vendor and volunteer sign-ups, and the year's event calendar are posted on hamptonroadspride.org, which is the place to check before planning a June trip.
