You can’t beat the location. Especially for events in the waterfront. We were there for the tall ships and it was perfect. We watched the fireworks from the club room. Staff was great. Everyone greeted us. The sharp dressed manger shook my hand when he introduced himself Valet was awesome. They stored our E-bikes in the valet and were really friendly. Jermaine and Shoon were the 2 main ones I interacted with. Club level was nice. I would liked to have had glasses to use to pour the club soda in. They seemed to be on a bitterballen theme the 2 nights we were there which seemed a bit odd. Loved having a turn down service and all the amenities in the bathroom. Great stay.

Came to Norfolk for an unfortunate visit for my wife at Sentara General Hospital and needed a place to sleep. Not only was the hotel amazing beautiful but the entire staff were incredible! Mr. Barnett the GM and Mr. Azimli Assistant GM were amazing! Together I feel that they went out of there way to assure my stay was the best. 5 Stars plus!!! Thank you

Great location across from the Navy Pier. Lots of good restaurants using n walking distance and a good inhouse restaurant. Rooms are a bit dated and showing their age.

The rooms were ok. It’s an older hotel. I did not like the need for “valet” service. But you have to deal with it this close to downtown. The valets on the other hand were great and prompt. Had to deal with loud music from the pool area. My sink had to wait really long for hot water. And housekeeping only showed up twice a week.

We arrived to find out that there was no parking with the exception of valet parking that was $35 for one night, or you could go across the street, which was not close to the hotel for $15 a night. The staff did make it right with us by upgrading our room and giving us complimentary breakfast. However, no parking should be relayed to the customer upon conversation to book. Everyone was friendly and professional!
