A great place to stay

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast.

Hotel had a smell in the hallways but room had a fresh smell. The continental breakfast was ok but not a great selection. Eggs were watery. Hotel room was clean. Bed was ok but not great. Pillows were flat. Glad I brought my own. We stayed 6 days. Visiting best friend that had medical issues thus the long stay. The staff was accommodating. It was located in a safe area which was a plus. For the money is was better than others I have stayed in for that price.

On Tuesday June 9th 2026 I couldn't believe what I was over hearing. I was standing by the door instead my room and I over heard 2 housekeepers talking. One must have been a supervisor or head house keeper because she was asking the other girl where she found the "BED BUG" at and the girl told her it was on the bed. Then I heard something I never thought I would hear. She told the girl that someone, (Im assuming a higher up ) told her to check the bed and if she didn't see anything then the girl was to clean and make the beds anyway!!!! What in the actual hell do you people going on!! If a employee says they saw a bed bug it doesn't matter if another one does not you DONT RENT THAT ROOM OUT OR HAVE YOUR HOUSE KEEPER GO BACK IN IT UNTIL IT HAS BEEN PROPERLY TREATED! YOU RISK THE REST OF YOUR HOTEL BEING INFESTED BY DOING THAT!! MORE SO YOU RISK THE FACT THAT SOMEONE STAYS IN THAT ROOM AND BED BUGS GET INTO THEIR BELONGINGS AND THEN THEY TAKE THEM HOME TO THEIR HOUSE AND NOW THEY'RE HOME IS INFESTED ALL BECAUSE ONE OTHER PERSON DIDN'T SEE A BED BUG!! SOMETIMES THEY ARE UNDETECTED UNTIL THE INFESTATION IS GREAT!! SHAME ON YOU FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN!! THE HOUSEKEEPER WHO WAS TRYING TO DO THEIR JOB SHOULD BE PRAISED FOR ALERTING MANAGEMENT! I ONLY HOPE THAT THEY DIDN'T BRING BUGS HOME TO THEIR FAMILY!! SMH

Poor customer service after notifying them of two separate issues: tv not working and an alarm going off in the vacant room next door. Neither issue was resolved or given any effort at all. After a long day at a work meeting on day two, I went to the gym to reflect and destress and neither of treadmills in the gym worked. I didn’t bother reporting it because after two days of no customer service efforts I didn’t even feel like reporting this one. I did weights instead. The only bright light of employees was the woman serving breakfast. She was kind, helpful and did a great job. We gave her our thanks!
