Do not waste your time here!!! It’s a dump. Was on a road trip and just needed a bed for the night. Nothing fancy, nothing luxury, just a room to sleep in and leave the next morning. They had cheap rates, the photos looked nice, and the building looked nice from the outside. The room was atrocious. Broken drawers, heavy odors of smoke, mold on the lights and AC, beds were stained and dirty. The bathroom had pubic hairs all over, AND A DEAD ROACH. I left 5 minutes after checking in. Management was terrible and refused a refund, I had to fight with my bank for ages.

Booked a room here on our way down to SC from MI. I’ve always had positive experiences at Red Rood Inns. When we arrived, our bedding was stained, covered in hair, drawer handles were broken, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and half of the light fixtures didn’t work. We did a quick check for bed bugs to find a mold-and-blood-stained mattress, and a bed beg :( . A worn down room usually never phases me, but we couldn’t risk bringing bed bugs home and it was pretty unclean, even for our moderate standards. It was the middle of the night so we found a hotel in the next town over. We emailed management about our experience but got no reply and were not offered a refund, despite checking out 20 short minutes after checking in. Our experience could’ve been a fluke, but it was stressful after a long drive!

Bed bugs, dirty, towels,bed linen and roaches and the staff at the desk is horrible.. blaming bed bugs on customers instead of on their selves it needs to be closed down I came from atl to get bit up by bed bugs and treated like crap and had to pay 82 dollars to sleep on my car till i could get another rm. Then was told I'm banned because I had a problem with the bed bugs and roaches

Staff were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The rooms were clean, linens looked new, but my first room smelled like someone just finished smoking in it. Things are a little dated e.g. mattresses, bathroom but overall it's a good budget option

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is infested with bed bugs. Still suffering and we were only there a few hours. People working there are lazy and have nasty attitudes when asked or expected to do their jobs and shouldn't be trusted with caring for environments that are rented to others. Only way to treat an infestation that big is to burn everything. My belongings they said couldn't find I didn't want back once the bites started showing up. Hope they took those items back to there own homes and get the chance to experience what theyve been causing on others. The rest of the items we brought in the room have been thrown away, inside vehicle has been steamed and treated. We've been eating benadryl caps, drinking liquid Benadryl and rubbing handfuls of the gel and lotion on us. Still the pain and discomfort are unbearable. No one should have to experience such a thing especially after paying good hard earned money to a place thats expected to be professional and experienced. Don't get scammed and prayed on like we did. Stay away from this place.

1st the hotel room has smoke smell and it bearly smells clean 2nd theirs a Crack on bathroom wall, it doesn't have soap bars or small shampoo and conditioner it has them on big bottle! Their's also a water leak on shower head!

Me and my mom TRIED to stay here for one nights they offered us a room and the room was dirty and the tub had lots of stains and everything! We asked for another room and that room had roaches! I can assure you me and my mom are very clean people and we don’t do any type of bugs! The employees were very rude and offered my mom a refund which she never got! They were very disrespectful and I don’t think anyone should stay here ever and I honestly think this location should be tore down! This establishment is disgusting.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Me and my child came here looking expecting decency in the least .the staff was highly rude after we enlightened them that the room they gave us remakes of urine. There was even dried urine on the floors around the bed and the restroom. They moved us. To the third floor in which the elevator was out so we had to climb multiple stairs with tons of bags and suitcases in hand. Just for the second room they gave us to be full of roaches crawling around. I didn’t set our bags down and immediately left. Called the front desk just for them to tell me if you’re not pleased then leave and get a refund. It was raining and cold. I had to chose between staying in a urinal or a roach den. I chose neither. However did not receive a refund due to me booking through a third party. I’m annoyed.

Got there sat in a char for 30 min and got jumped by bedbugs
