It is a nice place

When we got married 12 years ago we stayed here. I still think about this bed and breakfast and the lovely staff. Sheila Ashe helped make our honeymoon special. Thank you so much ❤️

Noes Nest is a fantastically unique spot, beautifully decked out with amazing artifacts owned by Sheila — such a treat to see. The rooms were comfortable, the backyard was incredible, and the breakfast and amenities were great. The location is ideal too: centrally located and close to everything you need - set in a historical San Francisco Victorian. Meeting Sheila, the owner, was a real treat. They also host events, so it’s a wonderful option if you’re looking for a special venue.

My stay at Noe's Nest was absolutely wonderful, the worst part was that I was only able to stay for one night! The house itself is beautiful and full of love, from the Christmas window display that greeted me when I pulled up to the fantastic breakfast that Noe made for me. I seriously could not have had a more pleasant and relaxing stay here. I found Noe's Nest because I was going to a show at Pier 80 and wanted something close by and this was a perfect fit. I can't wait to come back, stay longer, and get more of a chance to explore the beautiful backyard garden. If you're reading this and at all considering staying here, just book it, you won't regret it.

Quirky, quiet and quaint with amazing staff and owners. The garden is beautiful. The location is great.

We had the Celebrity Suite, which is a misnomer. The bathroom was tiny for four people, with a yellowed bathtub, a dirty wardrobe, and 80s decor. The room had an unpleasant odor, and due to poor ventilation, we had to ask for our pillowcases to be changed. The children were crammed into a very crowded space on extremely uncomfortable spring beds. We spent three nights out of our 21 trips to the US there, and it was our biggest disappointment. We felt it was the worst accommodation of our trip. This accommodation somewhat marred our stay in San Francisco. It seems other rooms are more modern. The Celebrity Suite was very cluttered, as was the ground floor where the living room and kitchen are located. There was a pervasive dog smell. Objects were everywhere, creating dust traps, which is very different from the photos on the website. We were very disturbed upon arrival because what we saw did not match the photos on the website. If you're a clean freak, it's best to choose another place. The kitchen isn't clean. Furthermore, there are many rooms, and if you arrive after a certain hour, there are no more pancakes or French toast, only savory options. There was no one in the kitchen in the mornings except for the last morning; it's self-service, and you even have to clear your space for the next guests. $400 a night is very expensive and excessive for what you get. In short, there's a huge gap between the website and reality.

Absolutely magical stay from start to finish. If you need a place to "stay" this may not be for you. If you need a place to relax, escape, and just "be"...you won't want to leave!

Beautiful and unique bed and breakfast serviced and operated by the one and only Sheila Rubinson! She welcomes you into her home and will give you a beautiful and interesting tour before showing you your room. Had a very comfortable short stay here and would definitely come back again. Other guests were very pleasant and I enjoyed the breakfast as well too, though not a lot of vegetarian or vegan options. Beautiful garden in the back as well.

I got fantastic maintenance and repair for my oven! They came on time, and their professionals made a proper check to make sure everything was just perfect. They also gave me helpful tips on maintenance. Their professionalism and expertise were quite evident. Now my oven is as good as new!I can highly recommend them

Absolutely Amazing! Will definitely be coming back to the Nest during our next visit to San Francisco. Thank you so much Sheila and Noe, our stay made our experience here even more lovely. Home away from home and the food, decor, and service was wonderful. 10/10!

Noes Nest is an exceptional place to stay. You receive a warm welcome from Sheila, the owner. At first, you wonder where you've landed. The impressions are overwhelming, and you don't know where to look first. But when Sheila shows us her house and her collected treasures and antiques, tells us a story about everything, and lets us share in her life, you understand the intangible value of this home, which is lovingly offered to us. A wonderful little garden completes this fantastic accommodation. The highlight is the breakfast, which is very much reminiscent of German standards. A wonderful experience that we wouldn't want to miss and one that we will always remember. Thank you, dear Sheila and your team.
