This place is horrible! Stayed the night with my newborn put his bottle warmer on the side table to charge and then picked it up to make a bottle…. So many ants were on the bottle! Turned on the light all I see is ants crawling up to the top of the table. Nasty infestation ! I checked out disgusted! 🤢 I wish they allowed videos to be uploaded!

I stayed here this weekend. While everything was more or less up par, there was an incident at the hotel where the fire alarm went off at 2am. All guests had to leave their rooms and were just roaming either outside or in the lobby. We were given no information as to what was going on and weren’t able to return to our rooms until 3am. We ended up oversleeping and missed our morning activities because of the sleep disruption. We received no apology, no information, nothing about the incident. Just business as usual. For a company with integrity, it would have been nice to receive an apology, and even some form of compensation.

We stayed three nights at this hotel while visiting New York. The receptionist, Maya, was very courteous and professional. The studio was very nice, and most importantly, we had peace and quiet, which is extremely rare when staying in a New York hotel. There are free parking lots nearby, and the subway is about a 10-minute drive away. It's a 45-minute direct subway ride to Times Square. The breakfasts were very good, with both healthy and more substantial options. Personally, I was very satisfied with this hotel.

Left my back-pack one minute outside & they stole it, the lady at the desk just ignoren me saying that she isnt able to see from where shes sitting

The place was okay. People trying to open my door at 3 am. Thank God I had my dog. The pool lady was very rude. And the stove only one side was working.

Subject: Formal Dispute of Room Charges – Lack of Water Service During Stay I am writing to formally dispute the charges for our stay at the Residence Inn located at 7 Executive Blvd, Yonkers, NY. My husband and I, both Hilton Honors members, booked this room while traveling to Yonkers to attend my husband’s aunt’s funeral. After returning to the hotel from the wake, we were informed that the hotel would have no running water from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM the following day. This information was never disclosed to us at the time of booking or at check-in. The inability to access running water for several hours is a significant disruption and renders the room materially deficient for its intended purpose, particularly when guests need access to basic sanitation facilities. When we contacted the front desk to address the situation, the staff was unable to provide any meaningful assistance, alternative accommodations, or compensation for the inconvenience. Given the circumstances surrounding our visit and the essential nature of running water in a hotel accommodation, this situation was both unacceptable and distressing. Because this issue was not disclosed in advance and materially impacted the basic habitability of the room, we do not believe it is reasonable for us to be charged for this stay. We are therefore requesting that the full room charge be removed or refunded. We would appreciate prompt attention to this matter and a response confirming that the charge will be reversed. If necessary, we are prepared to escalate this issue through Hilton Honors customer relations and our credit card provider. Joe Pergola and Elise Gourley

From checking in, to making sure that EVERY amenity was granted, Maya saw to it that our stay was memorable! She went above and beyond, and did so with the most amazing energy. The rooms were clean, and the lifeguard was awesome as well, armed with the patience of Job! Nicole was a charm too, ensuring that everything we needed at breakfast was covered! I highly recommend this location! I’ll absolutely book a room here again!

They canceled my confirmed booking..saying, "we overbooked?"
