The room was great all until checkout came. Was told by the dude when I checked in it was at 12pm. Then as I’m getting things ready someone WALKS in the room asks my kids where there parents are AS MY HUSBAND IS ON THE TOILET and I’m loading the car. The sad part was I was about to extend my stay from Sunday until July 15th and now I will not go back there. Learn how to knock on doors instead of opening up peoples room door with them in there!!! Absolutely pissed off and will never return to this location after that. And she made sure to run downstairs before I got there to let them know I was in the wrong. Do something about it before you lose more customers. Also checkout says 12pm on the door too might want to change to at as well! FYI
Staff was unresponsive and dismissive when I called to report a missing item. Overall poorly managed property, would never stay here again.
About 50 mins from Laguardia Airport, parking may be limited
I’m not typically impressed by any hotel , but this one was a wow for me , we did have a 2 room suite and a full kitchen ,,, more food options would have been helpfull
I love staying at the Residence Inn. But this one right here was everything. When you know your dogs love it when they are quiet. Lol but breakfast was delicious. Was able to do my laundry and from Walgreens, Applebee's, Italian Restaurants, Texas Road House, and Stop and Shop all in reasonable driving distance. If I come back to NY I will stay here. Thanks to the Staff for making my daughter, dogs and myself feel welcomed and safe.
Decent place. Rooms were clean. Accommodations just right. We weren't thrilled that someone put their fish dinner waste out in the hall which stunk up the joint. It was so bad I had to take it to the dumpster myself. That visitor did a similar thing the next night. Lazy, inconsiderate people. Not the hotel's fault.
