I’m a frequent guest at this hotel due to proximity of my office and I have nothing but good things to say. For the price, you get everything you’d want. Very clean rooms. Incredibly welcoming and helpful front desk staff, nicest bartenders and very decent food. Can’t ask for more.

Just what I needed and not perfect. The hallway outside my room had debris on the floor that should have been vacuumed. Other than that the room was clean and quiet and importantly cool as this was during a summer heat wave. 1 mile to the MTA train with direct service to Yankee Stadium and ample parking were key.

Stayed at the Courtyard in Yonkers while visiting family. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. During my stay I used the fitness room which had what I needed (weights, yoga mat, and treadmill). I also grabbed breakfast from the cafe and an evening beverage. They have food available to purchase on-site and they are also across the street from a shopping center that has other restaurants and a Starbucks. They are a 15-20 minute walk from Umtermeyer Park where you can walk the trails and admire the beautifully landscaped paths and views of the Hudson River. They are a 5 minute walk from the 6 bus and about a 10 minute drive from the Yonkers Metro North train station that will take you into the city quickly. Great location. I had a nice stay and was close to everything I needed.

I recently spent one night at the Courtyard by Marriott Yonkers Westchester County to celebrate my partner's birthday, and overall we had a wonderful stay. Although the lobby was undergoing renovations during our visit, the experience was still very enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, our room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept warmly through the night, and the bedding felt soft and luxurious. I especially want to recognize General Manager Thomie for her outstanding hospitality. She was welcoming at both check-in and check-out, and her professionalism truly stood out. I also greatly appreciated the complimentary 2:00 p.m. late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our stay a little longer. My partner and I even realized that Thomie may have been working three shifts back-to-back. If that's the case, it speaks volumes about her dedication and commitment to ensuring the hotel operates smoothly while providing excellent guest service. I'd also like to mention Jermaine at the front desk. Even though our interaction at checkout lasted only a few minutes, he left a genuinely positive impression with his friendly demeanor. Small moments like that can make a lasting difference, and I left the hotel feeling happy—even though I wasn't quite ready for our overnight getaway to end. Another highlight of our stay was the hotel's convenient location near the movie theaters, where we celebrated by seeing Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey. It made the birthday trip even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and its complete lack of compassion. I had to cancel my reservation due to a death in my family—something no one plans for or wants to experience. Despite explaining the situation and providing the reason for the cancellation, the hotel refused to issue any refund or offer even a partial credit. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but exceptional circumstances deserve empathy and reasonable customer service. Instead, I was met with a rigid “too bad” response that made an already difficult time even more stressful. Policies are important, but how a business treats people during life’s hardest moments says a lot about its values. Based on this experience, I will never book here again, and I would encourage others to consider whether they want to support a business that chooses policy over basic human compassion. I cannot recommend this hotel
