The service was excellent from the moment we arrived; we felt a great vibe, and Jenny's attention at reception was outstanding.

Enjoyed my stay, love the parking, breakfast and my room was super clean. Definitely booking this again.

My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Yonkers Westchester was overall disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms felt very average, while the bathroom was not well maintained and did not meet expectations. The breakfast was just okay, with nothing that stood out in terms of quality or variety. The fitness room was a letdown, with old, outdated machines, and the pool was very small and did not appear clean, making it unappealing to use. The customer service also fell short, as it often felt like we were bothering the staff rather than being welcomed. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. As a member, I expected a certain level of professionalism and respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived for check-in, the young staff member at the front desk treated me poorly and unprofessionally. I was left waiting for over 30 minutes without any explanation or update, which is completely unacceptable—especially for a member. This lack of communication and customer service made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training to their staff, as this is not the level of service guests should receive.
