About this place Pride House Be'er Sheva

The Pride House Be'er Sheva & the South (HaBait HaGe'eh) is the LGBTQ+ community centre for the city and the whole Negev, and the nearest thing Be'er Sheva has to a gay venue. It started around 2000 as a branch of the Aguda, has been an independent NGO since about 2015, and since 2023 has used a municipally owned Ottoman-era building on HaHistadrut Street in the Old City. It runs groups for youth, young adults, trans people, religious members and parents, plus an English-speakers' group, Friday dinners and holiday events, and it organises the city's Pride march. The trans group meets twice a month on weekday evenings. Older listings put it at Smilansky 36 or HaPalmach 83; both are out of date. Its website wasn't loading when we checked, so contact it through Instagram (@pride_house_bsh) or Facebook before visiting.
