Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent, with two different restaurant options and a great variety of food. The only small downside was that the outdoor pool was closed during June. Highly recommended! 🇯🇵

It's absolutely perfect. I think Premier Gran is on a whole other level. I want to continue using it regularly.

I did not stay overnight. I visited for the first time through the "Mōyū Rōshi no Kai" (Brave Ronin Association) event. It was a buffet-style standing party. The staff were quick to clear away empty plates and glasses, showing great consideration for the guests. I think the service is excellent. The food was, as expected from a hotel, delicious.

About 80% of the guests were foreigners. (That's just my impression.)

We booked this hotel through Expedia, and I’m not sure if there was a glitch in the system during the booking process, but we specifically booked a room with two twin beds for our family of four. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told the reservation was only for three people. I had spent a lot of time reviewing and making the reservation, so I can’t say exactly where the issue happened. Regardless, once we arrived, the hotel charged us an additional $250 for our nine-year-old child to stay in the room. I completely understand if there is some type of extra charge. An additional guest uses water, towels, soap, and other hotel services. But $250 extra for one child felt excessive. For families traveling here, I would just say: buyer beware. Make sure your reservation clearly shows the correct number of guests before you arrive, because the extra charges can be significant.
