From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a strong sense of the hotel's prestige, pride, and dignity—it was a truly wonderful space. Rather than being flashy, it possessed a quietly accumulated quality, and I felt a consistent aesthetic in every aspect of the hotel's atmosphere, service, and furnishings. The staff's demeanor and sense of distance were very natural, not overly formal, yet meticulous in every detail, which was impressive. From the guest rooms and restaurants to the common areas, it wasn't just luxurious; it had the weight of a hotel that had been loved for a long time. The time I spent there was special, and I was truly moved. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience something out of the ordinary in Tokyo.

Personally didn’t stay at this hotel, but I took the airport limousine shuttle bus with my partner. The 2 service staff at the front desk was very friendly and helped us communicate with the shuttle bus driver. Really grateful for their help. Thank you!

I love the Park Hyatt Tokyo on the upper floors of Shinjuku and have stayed there more than 10 times. I always request a room with a view bath and use the pool. It's a great escape from everyday life, with stunning night views from the pool and wonderfully tasteful music playing.

I visited for the Harry Winston collaboration afternoon tea. This was my first time having afternoon tea at the Park Hyatt Tokyo, and I was very satisfied with the high quality of both the sweets and savory items, as well as the collaboration theme. The inclusion of a limited-edition coaster and postcard as a gift was a nice touch, adding to the special feeling. The three-hour stay allows for a relaxed and enjoyable experience without worrying about the time. The sweets were visually stunning, making it an afternoon tea that was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.

So far it has been an amazing experience. I lost an AirPod during my Uber ride, and when I went to the front desk, Tomomi Otsu went above and beyond. She wrote down all the information, got in contact with the taxi company, and made sure it would be shipped back to the hotel. The view is especially stunning. The one confusing thing is the elevator situation and how far you have to walk to get to your room. But everything else is impeccable.
