Banyan Signatures Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

If you’re driving to this hotel, be prepared for potential inconveniences. We drove to the hotel and, upon check-in, were informed that their car park was full. We were asked to park at the next hotel instead, which was chargeable. The staff assured us that the parking fees would be reimbursed and that they would contact us as soon as a parking lot became available for us to move our car over before check-out. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up. Throughout our stay, we had to repeatedly chase the staff for updates. There were no telephones in the rooms, so communication was only via WhatsApp, which was unreachable at the time. We spoke to 4 different staff members, and each of them told us they would get back to us, but none did. We even sent an email, but received no response. It was only on our final day, with less than 12 hours before check-out, that we managed to speak to a staff member and requested to meet the manager directly. The manager explained that we would need to pay the parking charges upfront first, and that the reimbursement would only be processed within 7 working days. This was the first time anyone had clearly explained the process to us, despite our repeated enquiries throughout our stay. In the end, the manager apologised for the poor communication and inconvenience. Somehow later on they were able to validate our TNG card so we could exit the car park without charges and they also provided complimentary breakfast as a service recovery. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the lack of communication and the amount of time we had to spend chasing updates during what was supposed to be a relaxing stay left a disappointing impression. While we appreciate the manager’s efforts to resolve the issue in the end, the overall experience makes it unlikely that we will return.

I had a very disappointing stay at Banyan Tree Signature Kuala Lumpur. The room was extremely damp and had a strong musty smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. The bed was also overly soft and sunken, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The service was equally disappointing. When I asked a staff member for help moving my luggage from the lobby to my car, they were busy on a phone call and did not seem willing to assist. It felt unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations at all. If I ever have to return to Kuala Lumpur, I would definitely choose a different place to stay.

Stayed here for the second time. Very comfortable and conveniently located next to pavilion mall. 5 mins through the connecting bridge and you are inside the mall. Service is top notch. Very comfortable beds and spacious for a family of 4

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location with easy access to Pavilion KL via the link bridge, making it super convenient to explore the city. A special shout-out to **Faiz** for the exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly responsive and made the entire stay hassle-free. Before I arrived, he sent detailed WhatsApp messages with clear instructions for the private check-in and check-out process, directions to the property, information about the link bridge to Pavilion KL, and other useful tips. Everything was well organized, and I never had to worry about a thing. The attention to detail and proactive communication really made a difference. It's the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you, Faiz, for making my stay such a pleasant one. I would definitely stay at Banyan Signature KL again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

I have stayed with banyan tree residence several times and each time I have been satisfactory! The service is prompt and staffs are very helpful! The reception will always try to help out 100% and accommodate all the requests Location is convenient with cover walkway to pavilion and plenty of shops within 5 mins distance!

My family and I are staying here for the first time, and the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful! Siti and Fiq, in particular, went above and beyond to check in on us often, making sure our stay was always smooth and pleasant. Fiq helped us from meeting us at the lobby to bringing us up to check-in. Siti was there to handle us and explain to us the room we booked. She was very so polite. Fiq continued his service by bringing us to the room until the last day we checked out, helping us with our luggage. They are just fantastic.
