What reviewers say

Visitors praise Plug Bar for its friendly owner and staff, comfortable and cozy environment, and good food and drinks, with some highlighting the authentic Nyonya cuisine. However, there are reports of confusion regarding the karaoke setup, with one visitor being told they could sing but then only being able to request songs to be played.

Non-halal. It's drinking place with free 🎤. Great service. Small place but comfortable.

I was looking for a place where I can sing the day I came to this place. Before I ordered anything I asked the attendants if they have a place where I can sing and I was told I can request a song and sing it from where I will be seated. After I ordered 2 bottles of beer I was already ready to make a request just to be told that they can only play it but I cannot sing along because their microphone is not working. I ended up looking for another place to satisfy my vocal chords. I understand that it was a business strategy to keep customers but not a good way to keep customers like me from coming back.
