Highly recommended! The service is exceptionally accessible and has provided excellent support throughout the process. They have effectively transitioned me from email correspondence to a phone call for expedited processing. The entire Japan Visa application process was seamless, with only a courier being used for document submission. One of their employees promptly assessed my requirements and provided the necessary documents. Special commendation goes to M. Yuan, who demonstrated exceptional approachability and kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and would gladly utilize them again in the future.
The processing of my China Visa took just 3 days and my Japan Visa in only 6 days! The service of PAN PACIFIC was fast, efficient, and reliable. Contrary to negative reviews here, I have a pleasant and hassle-free experience with Pan Pacific Travel Corp. Timeline of Application for our Family’s Japan visa: March 3 - Called if they accepting applications, luckily they opened slots. Went there to submit docs March 17 - Lodging March 26 - Received a message to pick it up March 27 - Visas Received :) Thank you, PPTC! P.S. Thank you Yuan :)
