The hotel itself was great upon arrival; the atmosphere was nice, right by the river. However, there was a problem at night, from 11 PM onwards until past 1 AM. There was extremely loud noise from the lobby area, so much so that I couldn't sleep. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in my room was malfunctioning; the fan was incredibly loud, and even after adjusting the temperature, it didn't cool the room. I couldn't tolerate it anymore and called reception to report the problem, but it turned out there was no hotel staff available to assist. My relaxing trip was ruined. It's a shame.
