What reviewers say

Visitors praise the resort's good atmosphere, convenient location, and friendly staff who provide excellent service and delicious food. However, a significant recurring complaint is the poor sound insulation in the rooms, with guests reporting being able to hear conversations, snoring, and even TV from adjacent rooms, making sleep difficult. Some also noted a lack of amenities like hairdryers and kettles for the price.

Poor management and misleading staff – Avoid Room A04 I recently stayed in room A04 and was deeply disappointed with the service. There was constant loud noise from the room next door since the evening, preventing me from resting. When I requested a room change, the staff claimed the hotel was fully booked—which was inaccurate as there were still vacant rooms available. Even worse, they promised to fix the noise issue, but completely ignored it. I had to endure the noise until late at night. Terrible issue handling and dishonest communication

Paid for 2 nights but only stay for 1 night Poor Sound Insulation in the rooms, yet allowing parties and kids screaming till to 2-3am in the night, also it seems like it was their friends/families of the hotel owners or staff, so no action was taken throughout the night Staff does not know which rooms paid for breakfast or not, and when asking for breakfast availability, i was just told that i needed to pay for them(i already did for BOTH DAY)

Conveniently located near Phetkasem Road, yet quiet as it's set back from a side street. 7-Eleven and Lineman Food delivery are available for delivery anytime.
