I've been staying there for two years, and I'll be staying for the third soon.

Hello, I stayed five days in this really dirty hotel, avoid it at all costs! Broken tiles, dampness in the bathroom and the room, but nothing like the photos, noise, impossible to sleep, and I found cockroaches. I have proof, I'll post photos of several cockroaches on the bed and on the dresser. I showed it to the guy at reception, he started laughing, so please, really avoid it, it's a disgusting hotel!

I stayed in Phuket for 6 days in GP House hotel near the album hotel, I had to check out and thought to check nearby places, the album was an option but before booking i went to see how is the rooms and theirs appearance. Im sorry but the experience before booking was awful, imagine if you book and they know that you paid the service already, the guy at reception said his name was Dorn, he was extremely rude with lots of attitude, entrance first put me down but then the attitude of this guy at reception was even more awful. I rebooked the same hotel as their service is amazing and they are so respectful.

I've been to many places in Thailand, but this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel like this. I chose this hotel after seeing the photos on the website because it said it was a 3-star hotel, but it was a disaster. I didn't check the reviews on the Google app, which was my mistake. Don't be fooled by the photos.

We stayed at the hotel with a one-year-old child. We were comfortable, and the location is great, with everything nearby. We were given a crib, but it was a bit small for our child. We used it as a place to sit and not get in the way of the adults. The staff were wonderful, very helpful, kind, and wonderful. Thank you to the staff for helping with our child and for being so accommodating when needed. I am very grateful. Breakfast is included in the price of your stay, and you can have coffee, tea, and cookies 24/7. If you don't feel like going to 7/11, there's a minibar downstairs where you can buy drinks and relax. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed, along with sheets if requested. The pool was clean, and the pool area was very neat and tidy.

Can't believe the pictures!!!!! It really doesn't look like that. The staff is cute and they clean the room every day, but that doesn't change the fact that I paid 400 shekels per night for a place that really doesn't resemble a hotel... The elevator is really slow, you can hear everyone in the hallway from the room because the walls are really thin, which is a good and central location on Patong... For your consideration, I hope I helped.
