Samran Resort (สำราญรีสอร์ท)

Incredible place in Phuket which surrounded with green. Just like living in the jungle but easy access to restaurants and many shops near by. People working there is also nice. Private bungalow and quiet sleep all day long.

Bad behavior start from reception male in morning shift.

We stayed at Samran Resort for a whole month! We extended our stay several times because we loved it so much! The rooms are impeccably clean, and they clean them every day. The staff is very friendly, the grounds are beautiful, and the cottages are strategically placed so that guests don't disturb each other. It feels like living in the jungle, with squirrels in the trees and affectionate cats living on the grounds. All the necessary amenities are nearby: shops, markets, and shopping malls. We had a motorbike, so getting around was easy; it's an average of 10-15 minutes to anywhere. The nearest beaches are Karon, Kata, and Kata Noi. We chose the latter; we liked it the best. I really liked the layout of the cottages, which felt like they were in my own garden. The rooms were clean, the plumbing was new, the WiFi was excellent, there were plenty of outlets, bright lighting, and convenient switches. Everything was there for both relaxation and work.

After a long journey to Phuket, I checked my emails at the airport and discovered that Agoda/the hotel had canceled our room that very morning. We were left at 10 PM without accommodation for the night, forced to pay for something urgently that was way out of our budget—it's a disgrace! They offered a meager compensation of €20. I don't know if the fault lies with the hotel or Agoda, but it's unacceptable.
