Emirates Grand Hotel

Terrible experience, everything inside a room is broken! Even a small fridge doesnt work! A reception will welcome you if you a man, woman have to wait 1/2 hours…… only view was good. If you need hotel with family thats diffidently not suitable… i can’t recommend this hotel.

SCAMMERS I have booked the premium suite room with Burj khalifa view. On my arrival during my check-in I was said that the room is not available and they made me stay in a smaller room. In which there was AC cooling problems door was broken and my booking for the premium room was for 2 nights but from the next day I started getting knocks on my room asking to extend my booking and had to show my actual book to prove that I have 2 night booking. And they were charging 20 AED for each night in the name of room cleaning but there is no neatness and the receptionist were not at all cooperative and not knowing what they are actually doing or saying. I was promised on my first day that adjust with the smaller room next day 2pm you can check-in with the room I had actually booked but the next day receptionist were not answering or saying anything and by evening they were forcing me to pay extra taxes and saying that the room I booked is still not available. I would never recommend to book a stay in this hotel

I booked 3 room for 5 persons via make my trip .when I came to the hotel reception they told me that they had no rooms available and the amount paid is non refundable.after 15 min of argument they give as 2 rooms the ac is not working properly and room is not clean .I recommend please don't book this hotel .they grab our money that's the only thing

I stayed at this hotel during my holiday, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the housekeeping standards were poor. The toilet was rusted, unhygienic, and not maintained properly. Basic amenities were missing, including mineral water and bathroom tissue, which should be provided as standard facilities. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. In addition, only hot water was available in the bathroom. I checked both the left and right tap positions, but cold water was not available at all. I was also disappointed to find that the swimming pool was under maintenance during my stay, and this information was not communicated in advance. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was to enjoy the pool facilities. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, absence of basic amenities, non-functional air conditioning, no cold water supply, and the unavailable swimming pool completely ruined my holiday experience. I feel that my valuable vacation time and money were wasted. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to its facilities and services.

Dirty rooms, in terrible condition, there was hair stuck to the bathtub, the refrigerator was dirty, there were no towels, the phone didn't work to call reception, a total disaster.

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO. They Should rename this joke of a hotel emirates "garbage" hotel with how dirty the hotel is and how much trash there is everywhere. I'm so disgusted at everything that I had to take a long shower and scrub myself clean when I got home. My family and I booked this hotel for one night on eid and the moment we went up the elevators to go to our rooms there was trash EVERYWHERE in the hallway and when we went to our rooms the floors were dusty. we didnt have any complimentary slippers at all my parents had to get it themselves. the bathrooms also STINK so bad and the toilet seats actually made me gag from how dirty they looked, my other aunts that booked rooms in this hotel also complained that in their rooms there were still PEE MARKS on the toilet seat. the sink is disgusting to look at as well all you guys had to do was repaint that and then it would look good again, plus their sinks are really clogged. OH and the AC doesn't work at all. my mom and I also found out that the telephones have been disconnected. It looks like it was purposely disconnected because the staff doesn't want you to call them because they're lazy. We had breakfast the next day and the food was SO BAD. idk maybe im just picky but the panckes tasted like cardboard my mothers homemade pancakes were a million times better and their plates and utensils were also dirty and not properly washed I had to use my own spoon. I also noticed that the wifi is just a public unsecured network? there wasnt even a login page or any password at all! which means that people could use the hotels wifi for spam, piracy, and other unwanted activies. its easy for somebody to just create a fake hotspot with a similar name and trick people into connecting to the fake hotspot which causes risks to a person because an attacker could: - Monitor some persons internet traffic. - Present fake login pages to steal usernames and passwords. - Trick people into downloading malware. - See which websites people try to visit. And lastly this hotel is genuinely dangerous because normally in hotels nobody can use the elevators to go up unless they have a room card right? well, the elevators in this hotel were just normal elevators, you dont need a keycard to go up, which means that ANYBODY could just get inside the hotel. I'll say it again DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. all the negative reviews are accurate, dont believe the positive reviews those people probably got paid to leave a good review. It baffles me how this hotel hasn't been shut down yet.

We went to a reception party and the air conditioning was pathetic as well as the food. Got served a cold buffet. The cheesecake was ages old and spoiled.
