Good hotel the location is good, but the AC is so loud. I wish they can reduce the noise from the AC. Good room, big size and especially the bed so good ‏فندق رائع جدا جدا انصح فيه And a guy on the reception they are nice specially wien

I had a great experience in the pool area. Mr Greg was very helpful especially with my kids and our orders. Meanwhile, a Filipina receptionist in the SPA (she has long hair, dint get her name), was rude. She was scolding us like we are not guests here. we managed the sauna ourselves and she came angry. She has to buy more manners. She aint smiling and she wasnt nice at all.

Novotel Gold district is a great place to stay. We are staying here most of the time. The staffs are very polite specially Miss Quirky, she helps with our booking hassle free . She is friendly & polite . Excellent service . Thank you Quirky.
