The place was terrible, there was no food, there was a power outage and they didn't do anything. Aaron had cracks, almost falling apart, and the safe also cracked for almost two days. The rooms were dirty.
Great place near park and promenade. Modern and beautiful hotel. Kind staff Not cheap but worth it
New boutique hotel, beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The reception girls are nice and smiling, ready to help with anything you need and provide service above and beyond, especially Katya and Emily. Beautiful modern rooms, comfortable beds. We will definitely be back again soon.
The reception service is not welcoming! The walls in the rooms are partly black, not clean! One of the towels had a blood stain that didn't come off in the wash, they didn't even apologize for it. There's no way we'll repeat the mistake!
Perfect hospitality, good service, great rooms and a great location near the crater. Thank you very much! 🙏
We visit this hotel frequently , we love its cleanliness and neatness, everything is ultra clean and organized. It fits our needs and is worth the price when there is a discount. Things to improve in the hotel: Add microwave in the rooms, get better air condition, bring exterminators for cockroaches and bugs, that from time to time get into the rooms (rarely) and get nets against them on the windows.
We arrived as a family with children. We were greeted with beautiful faces at the entrance. You can immediately be impressed by the ancient building for preservation that was converted into a hotel and served as the Rishon LeZion city hall (I think it's a building over 100 years old). The building is located in the heart of the famous Rothschild pedestrian street with a huge children's playground located 100 meters from the hotel. In front of the entrance, there is an open patio with an impressive garden that takes beautiful photos for the benefit of the hotel guests. The employees were pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast in a small restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and in general the pedestrian street has a variety of restaurants and fast food stands. The rooms are overall clean and pleasant, and the bottom line is highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and quiet boutique hotel in the area.
