Great location and comfy rooms. Free ice cream and alcoholic drinks - incredible! It is a 'love hotel' but there were absolutely no issues in our 5 night stay.

Amazing service, truly!!! The front desk lady is an angel, she helped my friend and I called taxi customer service because my friend left her phone in the car. We were panicking because we had a hard time communicating on the phone and thought we wouldn’t be able to retrieve the phone back. The front deak lady accommodated us immediately and resolved it within 5 mins. She even offered us some ice cream while we wait because we were so stressed. My friend and I had such a good experience staying here and will be back, thank you so much!! 🙏🏼

This was my first stay at Hotel Diamond, and in short, it was a very satisfying experience. First, the location was truly fantastic; its easy access within walking distance of Shibuya Station was incredibly convenient. Getting around for sightseeing, shopping, and dining was smooth and allowed me to make the most of my time. There were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I rarely encountered any problems during my stay. Despite being close to the heart of Shibuya, the room itself was peaceful and relaxing, which left a positive impression. The guest room was clean, and the amenities were excellent, making for a comfortable stay. The facilities, including Wi-Fi, were well-suited to modern lifestyles. The room's atmosphere was special, allowing me to relax and enjoy my private time. Furthermore, the staff were polite and reassuring, making my experience from check-in to check-out very pleasant. Overall, the hotel had a comfortable atmosphere that made me want to return, and I was impressed by how thoroughly I was able to refresh myself even during a short stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a hotel around Shibuya. It offers a good balance of access, comfort, and atmosphere, and I felt it offered excellent value for money. I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

As a normal accommodation and not a love hotel, this place is also superb. Genuinely impressed with how beautiful, new and clean this facility was. For ¥15,800 a room on a last-minute Friday night stay with check out at 12pm, this was not a bad deal at all. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Had a balcony where you could see Mt Fuji. Reception was transparent like a normal hotel and you’d be given a physical room key to get in. This place didn’t make it weird with all the discreetness about entering/leaving/checking out.

Located near Shibuya, this adult hotel has a slightly flamboyant decor, with various glittery lights in the lobby. You can choose between hourly rooms or full-night stays. The staff speaks fluent English, making check-in very simple, and drinks are available. The rooms are quite nice, with an entryway, and the decor and facilities are good, better than typical LOVE HOTELs. It's perfectly fine for a full-night stay during a trip.

Fantastic place, but call in your reservation to avoid getting ripped off Hotel was very comfortable, had a great bathroom, bed comfortable and plenty of extra amenities which was fantastic. The area was so close to Shibuya crossing and accessing everything in Shibuya was simple and easy! Really our only complaint was that the advertised price on booking.com was like 3x what the actual rate was. There was a sign on the front desk that advertised the "stay" or nightly rate which was so much less than what we paid. I think the online listing here just scalps tourists.

Had it all going for it but no luggage holding while you waiting to go airport - very disappointed!
