Amari Phuket

We recently stayed at Amari Phuket and overall had a very pleasant experience, particularly because of the peaceful atmosphere the property offers. We stayed for our honeymoon and the hotel made special arrangements for us in the room, which was a very kind and welcoming gesture. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its location. It is tucked away from the noise and crowds of Patong, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to relax, unwind, and disconnect from the busy streets. The surroundings are serene, and the overall environment feels calm and refreshing. The staff throughout our stay were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Service was consistently professional and friendly, which added greatly to the experience. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of options available each morning. We also found the hotel’s facilities, including the gym and swimming pools, to be well-maintained and enjoyable. One thing worth noting is that guests staying in some of the partial sea-view rooms may need to use the shuttle service to travel between their rooms and the reception area. While some guests may find this slightly inconvenient, it wasn’t something that bothered us personally. As for areas that could be improved, the lighting in the rooms could be better, especially during the evening. Additionally, the in-room entertainment options felt somewhat limited, as there was no Netflix or even YouTub, the TV felt outdated as it had no option to connect to the internet. From a Muslim traveler’s perspective, dining options were a bit limited. While there were a couple of halal-friendly choices on the menu, we personally did not find the taste particularly appealing. Overall, Amari Phuket is an excellent option for travelers seeking peace, relaxation, and a quieter side of Phuket. However, if you prefer being in the heart of the action, with markets, nightlife, and constant activity right outside your door, you may find the location less suitable for your style of travel.
This place was a gem. An absolutely peak gem of a hotel. The rooms were amazing (especially the view), and the rooms were clean too. The location was great, with oceans, beaches, and the city nearby! But the main gem was the service of the place. The service was very nice, and I’d like to appreciate two specific people. Ms Saow and Ms Ari. Both were two receptionists, and were very very helpful the entire time, so they did an extremely good job. Overall. This place was peak. Go there. It’s close to everything too.
Very tough to stay in this hotel. I recommend everyone to avoid it.
Located at the end of Patong Beach. The hotel is well equipped with facilities and is located fairly close to all amenities.
