Unfortunately, a big disappointment. We visited the TEPfactor branch in Chotilsko twice in the past - the first time shortly after it opened (maybe 15 years?), which was a super new and unusual experience at the time. The second visit was much weaker, because some games didn't work and everything was so shabby. So we had expectations from the new branch in Prague that everything would be new and improved based on the long years of operation of the original branch. Unfortunately, the reality was different - even though we were in the Prague TEPfactor a few months after it opened, everything had the same shabby impression. I understand that some of the rooms were probably transported and installed in Prague, but was it really not possible to at least "dust off" and repair them somehow? Sometimes it also affected the functionality, like when you need to find pairs of buttons of the same color, but because of the faded color it was almost impossible to distinguish between red, orange and yellow... There was also a problem with two rooms out of order - replacement tasks were prepared instead of them, but it cannot be said that they were a full-fledged replacement. According to other reviews and the number of replacement tasks prepared, it is probably quite common for several rooms to not work at once. Another complaint concerns the spaces in which the game is located. I understand that it is probably not easy to find sufficiently large spaces in the center of Prague that would also be modern, but was it really not possible to at least modify them a little? It seems that the furniture from some pub was just moved out, and the game was placed right there. The toilets, carpet and lighting are obviously in their original condition. The changing rooms are absurdly small and dark, without a chair or space to put clothes. Our backpack could not even fit in the miniature lockers (a larger storage room was offered). Well, the main problem was with the game itself. The whole team was more likely to be upset by poorly designed games or technical problems than to be happy about success in a room. (Specific examples will not fit due to the length of the review) - The premises probably have some air conditioning, but it was only felt in some rooms, while it was unbearably hot in others. - We had coupons for 3 hours, and with a lighter setting we managed to complete the game in 2.40. We were afraid the whole time that we would not play the game, because the additional fee for each additional minute is supposedly 10 CZK/player. Which is REALLY not worth it. Moreover, the elapsed game time can only be checked at one specific terminal (which we did not know about, we found it by chance), although there are several other screens where the total score of all teams is shown, or after inserting a chip, more specific results for a given team. Why can't the time be shown on these screens as well? It gives the impression that the goal is to make teams forget about time and pay more. Overall, we were really disappointed that TEPfactor has not improved in a decade of operation, but rather has gotten worse in new (less nice) premises. We recently visited the competitor Prison Island, which obviously copied the entire concept and a large part of the task directly from TEPfactor, but its processing and environment are many times better - everything makes more sense there, the rooms are thematic and nice, and they don't just throw sticks under your feet. Basically, it is exactly the form that I expected from the new branch of TEPfactor, when it had the advantage of long experience as the first on the market... The goal of the review is not to get any compensation or to criticize unnecessarily. I rather hope that it will lead to some improvement, because the concept of the game is basically good, but the execution is significantly lagging. I wrote more about the design, but it was too long for a Google review, so I sent it as feedback to the TEPfactor questionnaire.

Dad and two kids, amazing experience, very nice staff, drinks and snacks available for purchase. Lots of fun, thought provoking and sometimes need more physical strength to achieve the best results :-) We will definitely be back!!

Unfortunately, our visit to TEPfaktor was a big disappointment for us, right from the start. The staff's attitude was completely unprofessional - the staff looked at us like we were stupid and no one explained the division of tasks to us sufficiently. When we needed advice on something, they didn't want to show us anything, saying that we would "figure it out on our own in time", which didn't happen. A few rooms were nice, but the description for most of them was so unclear that we had no idea what to do. The biggest stumbling block was the technical condition of the entire area. Many rooms were broken and non-functional, which means you miss out on a full-fledged experience of the game. This is also related to the poorly set system, where you can only access the bonus rooms after completing the basic tasks. Due to non-functional games, you may not even try the best tasks. The final task with the treasure, which was supposed to be the highlight of the day, was also a complete flop and quite boring. The whole concept needs a lot of fine-tuning, technical glitches need to be fixed, and most importantly, the staff needs to be completely replaced or fundamentally trained. It's not worth the money and I don't recommend a visit.

I absolutely do not recommend it. Waste of money. We wanted to leave after 10 minutes, but we had already paid for the vouchers. The premises are in a basement, there is a musty smell everywhere. 4 attractions are out of order, another 2 broke after an hour. The staff was still solving the stuck attractions. Bad descriptions for the games - mark the same pictures, but they were similar and not the same. The game description for the foosball is completely unclear. The same goes for the game with ping pong balls. A numeric code that no one knew what to do with. For the next game, you have to use blue balls, which were not even there. The best attractions shown in the videos can only be opened with a special code. You will not play them. The attraction did not end after successfully completing the task. You have to step on the mines several times for them to count you. There were loose ropes in the lanoleum, some even broken. The game would not start because of this.

TEPfactor Praha is an absolute must-do if you are visiting Prague and want something way more exciting than regular sightseeing. We had such a good time here that by the end of it, we were already talking about finding other places like it so we could do it again. It is the kind of activity that gets everyone involved, brings out a little friendly competition, and gives you a full experience instead of just one quick attraction. The concept is seriously cool. You move through different rooms and challenges that test a mix of physical ability, teamwork, problem-solving, balance, coordination, and sometimes just your willingness to try something outside your comfort zone. Some challenges had us laughing, some made us really focus, and others made us want to immediately try again to get a better score. It never felt repetitive because every room brought something different. What made it especially fun was that it worked for different strengths. You do not have to be the strongest or most athletic person in the group to enjoy it. Some rooms are more about strategy and communication, while others are about speed, agility, or simply figuring out the best approach together. It is a great activity for friends, couples, families, or even a group looking for a unique team-building experience. The whole place was well organized, and the staff made it easy to understand how everything worked before getting started. Once you are inside, you can really get into the experience and lose track of time because there is always another challenge waiting. If you only have room for one interactive activity in Prague, make it TEPfactor. It was energetic, creative, challenging, and genuinely unforgettable. We would absolutely go again, and now we are determined to find more places with this same kind of concept wherever we travel next.
