Being a lifetime Titanium Marriott member I can tell you I’ve stayed at a lot of different locations. Rarely to you find such a standout person as I did with Anna in the members lounge at the Richmond Marriott. If you stay here and have lounge access she will take great care of you.

Anna from the M executive lounge was professional, helpful and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from.

Anna is wonderful!! Funny and so helpful we were just talking and she cleared our empty plates. It was so amazing. Plus her fashion sense is out of this world.

We love Anna at breakfast! She is so positive and joyful! What a delight!

We had access to the M lounge which is nice nice. Anna was in there greeting everyone when they came in, had some nice music playing, and made it a nice start to the day with her cheerfulness and positivity.

Anna in the lounge was absolutely amazing, she’s attentive and had a kind word and hello for everyone.
