Great lounge area and great people such as Anita in the lounge area! 5 stars!
Great stay, had a issue with my AC Unit in my room and Yael Zayin was very courteous and fixed our issue very quick, knowledgeable and nice young man.
Horrible experience staying here
VERY convenient to a lot of downtown. We usually stay here when we come to concerts at The National. The only 'complaint' I have is the parking. It's quite expensive for anything nearby. Parking is less expensive if you don't mind walking a few blocks, but... this is Richmond, after all. I am a Mariott Club member, so the perks were absolutely great. Definitely not a bargain stay, but for us, it's worth it. I recommend it.
