Nothing against the food but FOH needs to come up with a better system for to-go orders. I placed an order to be ready for pick up between 5:05 - 5:10pm. I arrived at 5:08pm. They said they’d check on it and then I proceeded to wait over 20 plus minutes for my order. When I asked if it was ready the host said “If it was ready, it’d be out here.” Okay. Finally, when I asked someone they showed me a paper bag on a random side bench with no indicator that it was an area to pick up orders. That had been there the whole time, right across from their podium. They didn’t even look. No apology or any consideration for my time or that my foods cold, and honestly the wait is not a big deal, it’s just the lack of communication. Rude. And I tipped!

May 26th 2026, Place is empty. 1ST, giving my phone number causes suspicion on BOTH ends I specifically ask for a NON bar seat. "Ok we can accommodate you". They bring me to a BAR SEAT. NO. Oh well.....that'll be a ...... Im not waiting. Not when theres no one here. Now.....I've come back.....after 2 years from HORRIBLE service. NOTHINGS CHANGED. NOTHING. I can get escargot ANYWHERE in the city. I chose here. "HERE" was a problem.... AGAIN. SO....never again. NOTE....I gave the phone number of a friend and they showed suspicion. My belief is that they photo you UNKNOWINGLY and tag it to a phone number. HIGHLY ILLEGAL

Mishelle was amazing. Great server as usual. Food was so good service was so good as well.
