Beautiful place to stay

Went there for dinner at roof and it was fantastic!

Concierge & clerk were too busy chatting to do their job. Leaps & Bounds had 3 people but were rude & struggling to do the work. So far below the kohler standard. Horrible performance

The only reason it's not 5 stars are the beds. They sunk so bad (2 queens). Other than that the rooms were good, showered great or course! Staff phenomenal and location super convenient.

cannot say enough good things about The Lodge at Kohler, it truly deserves a raving review! The location is perfect, and the cleanliness throughout was impeccable. The food at the Leaps & Bounds Café was fantastic, with great coffee to match. The service was exceptional from start to finish: from the warm welcome at check-in to the convenient airport shuttle. And the cherry on top? The champagne vending machine. Absolutely delightful. We had a fabulous stay. Enjoyed room service, spent time at the pool, and soaked in every moment. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Lodge Kohler. The staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and service was great!

We were anticipating a first rate experience during our three-day visit, but were disappointed. The Spa, however, was fantastic! Expensive but worth every penny. The room was ok, within limits. There’s a pool, but the hot tub can only be used when one has a spa appointment. Our dog was welcomed for $100 with three tiny milk bones, but there was no outdoor dog area, and a lot of the nearby grassy areas said to keep off. The top floor restaurant has pretenses of fine dining but doesn’t hit the mark. Our entrees came after we’d had two bites of salad, mine was barely lukewarm, it was lobster linguini with six tiny bites of lobster. We ordered bread for an extra $6. We were ok with the charge, but it didn’t show up until we’d finished eating. In summary; 5 stars for the spa 3 stars for the hotel 1 star for the “fine dining” restaurant In the future we’ll stay elsewhere and book the spa . Oh, yeah: hotel guests get no discount on the spa pricing.

After multiple delayed flights that had me arriving to the hotel over 2 hours late, I was tired and not in the best mood. I didn't expect to have my attitude completely 180'd until I walked in and was greeted by Tim at the front desk. Tim was polite, courteous, friendly, and most importantly empathetic. We had a pleasant conversation and it changed not just my mood, but my entire evening. Lodge Kohler is very lucky to have him. Throughout my two night stay the staff were warm and welcoming. And it felt genuine. The room, including the bed, pillows, and AC, were excellent. I'd seriously thought I'd been placed inside a suite on accident. The entire property is very clean and inviting. And, hands-down, the best shower I've seen. For someone who travels for a living that is saying something. Excellent food options and a convenient location top off an overall wonderful stay. I hope to be back very soon.

Very prejudice hotel front desk. When we walked into the front the very unfriendly lady at the desk asked us with an attitude how can I help you? As if I came to the wrong place. I am walking into a hotel shouldnt they say welcome and assume we are checking in? Unacceptable.

Feels like a resort. Staff is so friendly and welcoming and mannered.
