There's a protected cove that was great on the windy day that we visited. Check the flags to make sure it's safe to swim.

A perfect place especially on days when there aren't many people.

We came for two nights to sleep in bungalows. Each cabin has four beds, a refrigerator and a fan. The camping area is very organized. There are barbecue areas. Clean showers and toilets. Although the shower heads are missing, overall it is better than other camping sites. The carts for transporting equipment are very efficient. Clean and tidy. And the beach itself is simply a dream! Clear and clean water. Lifeguard services throughout most of the day.

Nice place for barbequing, with close access to the sea. For camping there are some flat areas and trees to place your tent, not all grassy. Shared toilets and showers are working but were partly leaking during our stay. Shared fridges are working but scarse and weak. The sea breeze helps during summer days. Overall a nice value for money if not too crowded.

Passed through Achziv National Park and the beach is amazing. It's in the very north of Israel, near Nahariya and close to Rosh Hanikra. The beach is not a normal sandy beach. It has natural pools made from rock. The sea made small pools and lagoons that are shallow and calm. The water is very clear and blue and green. You can see the bottom and you can see small fish. There are small rock islands inside the water that you can walk to. The water is very shallow. In many places it's only up to your knees. You can just sit in the water and relax. No big waves inside the pools. Outside the pools there are waves but inside it's quiet. You can also go snorkeling. Bring a mask and you can see crabs and fish near the rocks. The view is very beautiful. You can see Rosh Hanikra in the north and the sea is all around. The sunset there is very beautiful. The beach area is not very big. It can get very crowded on weekends and holidays. So it's better to come early or on a weekday. You have to pay to enter because it's a national park. It's about 35 shekels. There is also a free beach nearby but the national park beach is cleaner and nicer. There is grass for picnic, tables, showers, toilets, and a small cafe. The place is good for camping too. Overall I really liked it. It's one of the most beautiful beaches in Israel. The water is special and different from other beaches.
